I noticed that a girl wanted to run for it, but did not found the pageant team. So here it is!

How it works:

1. you have to be a girl

2. you have to be willing to compete (submission from tiers are not allowed)

3. you have to have a picture (sorry, no yahoo avatar) either on yahoo answers or yahoo 360 or else (but we need to know where)

4. you have to comply to yahoo rules.

5. and 18+ (or 21+ or more according to local laws)

The jury will be made of: hummmm, some undisclosed (I'm negotiating with some fame) Yahoo Answers member.

Prize: well, due to the lack of advertisement for this year competition the winner will receive: the right to be proud for a day!

For instance, in France, polls during presidential runs are banned during election day and few days before. Thus Internet, SMS and many other services are offering from neighboring countries what is locally forbidden...

So, do you think that countries like France have to change their laws regarding political polls and if yes don't you think that this will turns polls into decision makers instead of indicators ?
