He is a tame bird. I handfed him myself. He's about 10 months old. When he's out of the cage, he does not bite. When I stick my hand in his cage to pick him up, he would be aggressive and try to bite me. How can I get him to be nice inside the cage? Please ony answer if you have experience with pet birds. I live in the U.S. and most people just use their first and family names. I prefer to use my first, middle, and family names (ex. Martin Luther King, Alexander Graham Bell, John Quincy Adams, Kareem Abdul Jabar, Sarah Michelle Gellar). I do this because my name is too short, it sounds better that way, and it's how things are done in my country of origin. Whenever people address me on envelopes or introduce me, they only use my first and family names. I HATE that, but I don't want to make a fuss about it. How do I get them to use my full name in a subtle manner? Should I trick people into thinking that my last name is 2 words?

I have a Phalaenopsis orchid that has a spike growing directly out of the crown. The spike is actually a thin stem that is growing from out of the crown. It is unlike any of my other Phalaenopsis orchids. What should I do once it is through blooming? How will it grow after the blooms are gone? I have a nobile Dendrobium orchid that has flowers which are fading. There's a tall stalk with nothing but flowers that grow from the sides of the stalk. The stalk has no leaves, only flowers. At the base are 2 small suckers with leaves. I am concerned about what to do with the main stalk after all the flowers are gone. It will be completely bare. Should I cut it or what. I would greatly appreciate any advice from someone with experience growing nobile Dendrobiums. Thank you.
