When I edit a Y!A is there a way to preserve the paragraph spacing?
Every time I edit an answer the spacing between paragraphs disappears and the answer become one big paragraph. Any solution (besides not editing)?

There is a view that (An-Nasikh -wal- Mansukh, by Ibn Khuzyamh) states 113 verses are abrogated by the Sword verse (9: 5), and 9 verses are abrogated by the Fighting verse (9: 29): "Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day."

Another view seems to be the Sura 9:5 only abrogates past treaties with non-believers and that the peaceful verses of the Qur'an have not been abrogated”

There seems to be a wide separation between the view that Islam is peaceful and the view that Islam is violent.
Could this issue be the cause of the disagreement?
