  • Exercises to improve performance?

    What are we talking here guys..

    The usual shoulder/torso/leg workouts? Or does anyone have any special resistance workouts that they have found work.

    Please dont give me the usual: "I suggest doing 3 sets of..."

    I understand what resistance training is.

    Im talking unique drills people have heard of, or used to improve range of motion, flexability, smoothness or overall strength in their game.

  • grilled chicken :)?

    Anyone ever tried a grilled chicken tendergrill from burger king? its SOO good. Ive tried cooking chicken on the grill with no luck. Its either burnt, yet not done inside, too dry, or for lack of words just tastes like crap.

    I need help on:

    What brand to use, how to cook and prepare. Basically i want to make burger kings grilled chicken at home :):):)
