Besides the costly expense of having a dehumidifier running all year long, is there anything I can do to the house to lower the humidity levels? The cottage is about 55 years old. It is wooded around me but not densely. The house receives sunlight all day.

I am a newbie with torrent files. I don't entirely grasp the terminology (peers, seeders, leechers). I do not keep the files I download. I watch tv shows. I will download a movie or two but, again, just to watch not to keep. I let them seed for a couple of days then I delete the files. This causes an error message in my uTorrent.

Basically I don't want to be a leech but I also do not have space on my tablet to keep files on it indefinitely so they can seed. Seeding also slows my tablet down, so I usually seed overnight & when I am not online. Is there an acceptable amount of time I can seed without becoming a torrent leech?

I have a database of names emailed to me as an XL file. I would like to convert them to make a group mailing list for Outlook. Can I do this without plugging them in one at a time??

I know a person who wears a safety pin on their shoe. It's at the bottom of the shoe where it laces up on the lace. It's not holding anything together, it's just pinned to the lace.

A friend of mine has a 98 Ford Ranger that was supposed to be repo'd by the creditor almost two years ago. He's had it sitting in his driveway all this time without driving it. Now his neighbors are complaining about the truck and he told me I could have it. It basically needs some TLC and tires etc. The tags are expired and he can't get them renewed because the creditor won't give him a title.

Can I just take this vehicle and get a clear title on it? Or is it stuck in limbo by the creditor who doesn't want it? What would I have to do to get a title for it? I live in North Carolina.
