Well, it's not really a book, but it's just a story I've been writing, I have no planned ending as of yet. Anyways, What should you do when you know what you want to happen next, but it will be too soon if you put it in the story right now? Should I just put 1 week later or 6 months later, etc? Or should I try to think of something to take up that time? I tend to have this problem a lot. I come with good ideas to put in my story, but it would be weird if all these things happened close together, or it just wouldn't seem right. I also think it might be weird if half the story said 1 week later, 2 months later, etc. What do you think?

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't like the new version, and I was wondering if anyone knew how to change back? Please help?

Did you notice the mistake in the wall street movie? When they were in the bathroom talking a guy came out of the shadows, it looked like he was wearing a weird hat, I know he wasn't supposed to be there. It was right before the scene changed. Did you notice, and did you think it was weird?

I posted 1-4 on here already, if you want to read them please go to my questions. I know its long and some of the grammar is wrong, I just want to know, do you think its a good story?

Scene 5

Marie pulls up at the lab and parks somewhere where there isn't many guards and gets her Doctors coat out of her car and walks in straight to the room Todd and Macy are where there is a Guard standing by the door and she says "Excuse me may I go in?" the guard who recognized her as the Generals daughter said "Go on, but you can't stay too long" Marie looks at the Guard and smiles and says "Thank you" and walks in closing the door behind her. As soon as she gets in she runs over and opens the window, and then drags Macy over to the window and pushes her out, climbs out herself. and then drags Macy to her car and puts her in the passenger seat and buckles her in, out of breath Marie says to Macy who's sitting there still passed out "Man how much do you weigh?" After doing that she quietly closes the door and runs back to the window and climbs in, she walks over to Todd and says "I can't believe your actually gone, you are a great person, and I know you can't hear me, but I love you" her eyes start getting watery, so she wipes them and walks back to the door, opens it and says to the guard "That wasn't too long was it?" The guard smiles and says "No I heard the doctors just got here" Marie looks up at him and replys "Well I should probably get going so they can get to work" then she walks away, gets in her car and leaves. Meanwhile the doctors walk into the room and one of them says "Weren't there two patients?" the guard runs in and says "Oh no" and presses the alarm button. Marie is driving down the road as fast as she can until she gets to an old abandoned barn, she stops and gets out and drags Macy out and goes in where a hospital bed is sitting nearby a fireplace and puts Macy in it and says "Well this is going to be your home for the next few months" then her cell phone rings she takes it out of her pocket and looks at it and it says "The General" so she answers it "Hello" Her father replys "Marie where are you" She looks around and says "I'm on my way home why?" her father replys kinda sadly "Um I don't know how to tell you this but Macy's missing" Marie acts surprised and says "What? where is she?" Her father says "I don't know, when the doctors went in to examine her she was gone" Marie says "Ho could she just disappear??" Her father replys "I hate to ask you this, but the guard says you were here right before the doctors, you don't know anything about it do you?" Marie looks over at Macy and replys "No she was there when I was" her father replys "ok I have to go and talk to the investigator, I'll see you later" Marie replys "Ok dad, and if you need anything else call" then hangs up. Meanwhile back at the laboratory General Walowitz is talking to the investigator and he says "It looks like someone opened the window and dragged her out" the general replys "But how can that be, the window only opens from the inside and the only person in here was my daughter." The investigator looks up at him and says "Then it must of been her" The General gets a look of anger on his face and says "How dare you accuse my daugher of this, I know her and she would never-" The investigator interupts him and says "Whoa wait a minute, I'm not accusing anyone, I was just saying that whoever did it had to open the window, and apparently the only person in here was your daughter" the General looks over at the investigator and says "I know her, she wouldn't lie to me" then the investigator replys "Maybe you don't know her as well as you think" then he walks away.

Scene 4

Marie who has nothing to do decides to go to Macy and Todds house and see if she could figure out why Macy survived and Todd didn't. after searching everywhere Marie couldn't find anything, then she remembered something that Macy had told her a long time ago when they were in Highschool-

she said "Can you keep a secret" then Marie replyed "I was told I was the best secretkeeper" Macy looked around to see if anyone was watching and said "I have the greatest hiding place ever" Marie looked at her puzzled and said "Are you saying you want to play hide and seek?" Macy just looked at her and laughed and replyed "No, you just said it was hard to hide stuff from people, especially parents, remember?". Marie looked at her and smiled and said "Oh right, you through me off when you said the word secret" Macy just looked at her and whispered "In my bedroom closet, I pulled up some boards in the floor, and I can hide anything I want under there without anyone knowing" Marie looked at her and said "Do you just go around telling everbody this?" Macy smiled and looked at Todd standing by the bleachers with his friends and said "Only people I really care about."-

Back standing in Todd and Macys bedroom a lightbulb goes off in Maries head and she says "The closet" she runs over to it and starts feeling for loose boards, when she finds some, she pulls them up and reveals stairs, she walks down the stairs into a small room that had plans and all kinds of stuff that told how to make the gas then there was two desks one that said Macy and another that said Todd, Marie runs over to the desks and starts shuffling through drawers, then she sees a book in Macys desk that says 'My Diary' on the cover, Marie just smiles and says "Only Macy could keep a diary beside her husbands desk without him knowing" then she opens it up, and she couldn't believe what she was reading, it said "Dear Diary, Today Todd told me that I was the only one that could be in the chamber when the gas comes in, I know I probably should of told him that I didn't want to do it, but really I do want to, it could be one of the greatest scientific discoveries ever, he said that he thought the gas was still defective and that the only one that could survive was someone with a rare bloodtype, and thats me. I hate having to get into that chamber tommorow, especially because of the baby, sometimes I wonder if its a killer gas. But if I don't go through with it, and we don't find anything out, Marie's dad said he would pull the plug on our researc- Todd just got home, I'm not going to tell him about the baby because he will worry to much and won't let me get into the chamber, but getting into that chamber is something I have to do, as a wife, and a scientist. Sincerely Macy Johnson." Marie just looks up and says "What, she's pregnant, and her bloodtype , thats why she didn't die" then all of a sudden Marie heard what sounded like car doors closing "that must be the General, he can't see any of this, one person already died I can't let anymore" then she quickly gets an eraser and erases everything off the blackboard, takes all the plans and the diary and stuffs them in her purse, and runs upstairs, covers the hole in the closet floor up, and jumps on the bed and starts watching TV, then her father walks in and says "Marie, what are you doing here?" she looks at him trying not to breath heavily and says "What are you gonna kick me outta here too, I'm just watching TV." General Walowitz looks at Marie and says "I talked to the Commander, he said you could go in and see Todd and Macy anytime you wanted, you just can't be their doctor" She stands up and says "Thanks, Dad, are the doctors there yet?" her father replys "No, they won't be there for another hour, you can go see Todd and Macy now if you want" Marie smiles and says "You know what, that sounds like a good idea" then she walks out to her car and starts driving, and says to herself "I can't believe he thinks I'm happy just because I'm allowed to see Todd and Macy, too bad he thinks I'm only gonna see them." and then she smiles like she has a plan.

Scene 3

The door opens and a voice says "Marion? What's going on?" Marie whose still sitting there crying looks up to see that her father, General Walowitz and his army of men, had walked through the door. He looks around, and looks at the chamber and then angrily says "Marion, I thought I told you and your little scientist buddies not to test the gas before I got here" Marie stands up and looks at her father and says "Why? so you can get all the credit for making it, thats all you want, thats all you've ever wanted, and there not my little buddies they are two of my best friends." General Walowitz crosses his arms and says "Marion, I'm your father, but I also happen to be the General of this army standing behind me, and it is my job to be here whether your best friends say so or not." Marie shaking her head says "You're not my father, they're better friends then you are a father" General Walowitz looks at his daughter and starts to say "Marion, I-" Marie interupts him and says "my names not Marion, its Marie." then walks out the door toward her two best friends. "Are they still alive?" her father says as she walks away. She looks back and says "Thats what I'm going to find out, I'm going to need some help getting them to the observation room though." Her father shakes his head in agreement and tells two of his men "Go help her" they both reply at the same time "Yes sir."

10 hours later

Maries standing at the window watching the sunset, with Macy and Todd in two hospital beds behind her, when her father walks in and says "Mario- or Marie, how are they doing?" Marie turns around and looks at her father and says "They should of been awake by now, bu-" Her father interupts her and quickly says "well are they alive?" Marie replys "I don't understand it, Macy is still alive and has a strong heartbeat, but Todd he" she suddenly acts as if she forgot what she was going to say, then her father looks at the moniter by Todds bed and says "He died" Marie looks at her father and says "It doesn't make sense, Macy was in there alot longer than Todd, how could it be that he's youknow dead and she's not?" General Walowitz looks at Marie and says "Don't worry, I have a team of Doctors on the way to take a look at them" Marie looks at her father as if shes confused and says "A team of doctors?, No, I'm their only doctor, you know that." General Walowitz replys "Mario- or Marie, I'm just trying to do what is best for Todd and Macy" Marie replys "As their Doctor I won't allow it, I can't allow it" Her father looks at her and says "You have to allow it, its in the armys control now, I don't have a choice Marion, I'm sorry but you're no longer Todd and Macys Doctor" Marie looks at her father shaking her head and says "How could you?" Her father looks at her and starts to say "Mario-" but than Marie interupts him and says "Even Mom used to call me Marie, you can't even do it after I ask you to" Then she walks out. General Walowitz just stands there and starts thinking about the past, and how he was never there for his daughter.

I posted part 1 on here last night, to read it please go to my previous question- I plan on posting more later. I know the grammar isn't right and some spelling might be wrong, but please tell me what you think of my story.

Scene 2

"Somethings wrong" Marie says looking at all the gauges in front of her. Todd who's standing at the window watching as his wife collapses and gas pours in her says "The gas, it should of stopped coming out by now" He runs over to the desk where Marie is and screams "shut it off, quickly shut it off" Marie sitting there frantically pressing buttons says "I'm trying, it's not working" Todd looking back through the window at the gas pouring in says "Well try harder" Marie still pressing buttons says "I can't" looking up at Todd in disbelief she says "I've tried everything" Todd whose looking around sees the gas mask he had layed on the table earlier that day, runs over to it and starts putting it on and says "I'm going to get her" watching him with tears in her eyes Marie runs over to him and says "Todd No, you could die" Todd with his gas mask on looks back at the chamber then looks back at Marie and says "Yeah but I love her Marie and if I don't go, she'll die, Goodbye Marie" then runs to go get Macy. Marie standing there realizes that there was one thing she didn't try, one thing that just might work, she runs to her desk and starts typing and clicking stuff on the computer as fast as she can then looks back to see if it worked, with a smile on her face she runs over to the door and screams "Todd stop, I got it to work" Todd who had almost reached the door looks back and says "I have to get her" looking at her friend just dying to go in the chamber to get Macy, Marie says "You can't be exposed to the gas Todd, you have to wait at least ten min. before you go in and get her" he looks at her, smiles and says "Just remember Marie, everybody can move on" then opens the chamber door, walks in and collapses right beside Macy. Marie's whose standing at the door runs in closes the door and falls to the ground and starts crying.

I know it needs work, and the grammar isn't exactly right, but please tell me what you think?

Chapter 1

Killer gas?

Scene 1

"I love you" She says as she's about to walk into the chamber. "Are you sure you want to do this?" He says. She just looks at him and smiles. "The chances of survival are one in a-" Interrupting him by putting her hand over his mouth she says "I want to do this, I have to do this" With his head down he looks up with a smile and says "I know, its just the thought of losing you, the love of my life the-" Interrupted again this time by a voice that says "Todd, Macy we need to start the chamber soon" They both look over at their secretary standing by the door, then the secretary smiles and says "I'll wait for you out here Todd" Macy Johnson looks into her husband eyes and says "I guess I have to get in now" With tears in his eyes Todd Johnson looks at his wife and says "I know" and kisses her. Todd looks at his wife as she is slowly backing into the chamber with tears in her eyes knowing that he may never talk to her again, he whispers just loud enough for her to hear "I love you" then he turns around and walks through the door where his secretary is. as he enters, looking up his secretary says "Do you think she'll be alright?" Staring through the window at his wife standing there in the chamber, Todd doesn't even look down and answers, "I don't know, the whole world depends on the results of this test, If she lives the world will have a gas that can knock people unconscious for hours without even harming them, If she dies," he looks down sadly "Then that means we failed and not only did we fail, but we lose one of the worlds greatest minds, and not to mention, the love of my life" The secretary whose known Todd and Macy since they met in school, nearly eight years ago, looks at him and says "Maybe we shouldn't g-" Todd who still hasn't taken his eyes off Macy interrupts her and says "We have to go though with this Marie, the whole world depends on it" looking up at Todd, probably the best friend she ever could of had Marie says "Then I'll do it" Todd finally taking his eyes off the chamber looks at his dear friend trying to speak, but for some reason can't. "She's my best friend, and as you just said, the love of your life, if she dies then I don't know if we could move on" Marie says with tears in her eyes. Todd looking at his friend crying says "She's the only one that can do this" then he presses the button that starts the machine and says "And as for moving on," He pauses and looks up at Macy as gas fills the chamber "Everybody can move on" he says with sadness in his voice.

You may think now, just by reading the first scene that this is a story about two scientist and their secretary creating something that is about to change the world, but what you don't know is that its not just a story about two scientist changing the world, but its a story about love, about hate, about good, about bad, about Hero's about Villains but most important of all, its about Family, and as for changing the world, the world will never be the same.

I'm writing a book, and I know my grammars not right, will you please correct it for me, here's the first paragraph, I know its long but please help.

We live in the country, and we found a bunch of Ticks on our cat,we got as many as we could off, and bought him a flea and tick collar, my question is, what about the ticks we couldn't get off, will they eventually fall off? or will we have to find a way to get them off? I think they are all dead, we just can't get them off because they are to close to his skin. What do we do?
