I followed a car home on the freeway. There was a liquid dripping from the rear axle that sparked when it hit the ground. What liquid in a car would do that?

I am putting together a studio for sound production. I have always been a PC user but I know MAC and ProTools are really the best out there. I will be connecting a Mackie ONYX 1640 with a FireWire card. Most of my production needs to be MP2 or MP3. I do all of my recording at 44,100 16bit Stereo. I need to be able to produce broadcast quality advertising production as well as Radio Station Imaging.

I am looking for an economical setup that will support running ProTools as well as additional external media storage. Again I am new to the world of Mac so I am not sure what is worth the investment and what would just be frivilous. I can upgrade after a few production contracts are executed. But to get started, what is a good base?

I have a small 1999 pick-up truck that has depreciated value this month by $2K. I have 48K miles on it. In ~2wks, I will roll 50K. He is under the care of a Mexican clinic that offers alternative treatment with his parents consent. But now because of ruling, it is unlawful for this teen to receive any treatment outside the commonwealth of Virginia.

Isn't this against his rights? and his parents rights?

This teen with his parents consent is under the care of a Mexican clinic that offers an alternative treatment. This ruling has made it unlawful for this teen to get treatment outside of Virginia.

Is this against his rights? and his parents rights?

If a teen can be charged, tried and convicted as an adult - is it not fair that he can't make a judgement about his own personal healthcare? Is it not his life?

Don't we need to examine the ramifications of longer life? If one lives until 110-120 then having children at 60-70 wouldn't be unusual. We'll need longer lives to reach beyond this planet. And with our current lifespans, won't we need options when looking to create communities off planet?
