My boss has a terrible temper and yellbs alot. I have even seenow him physically grab and push people around when he is angry. Should I just walk out or give 2 week notice

Any of those celebrity moguls can buy the Clippers which is supposed to sell for at least 1 billion.

Look how many players on the Heat are averaging nearly 10 points a game.

Wade and Bosh are averaging 18 and 16 respectively while Chalmers, Allen and Beasely are all averaging 9 or more points a game and Norris Cole and Anderson both have 7 points a game. Battier and Lewis are both dropping like 4 points a game. Most championship teams I have seen have 1 or 2 guys scoring 20+ points and then 1 guy averages 10 points and the rest are lucky if they get 2 points in.

People say Lebron isn't selfish and that he is a team player and that he helps his team win because he facilitates but honestly it seems to me like chalmers, cole and beasely are coming off the bench and scoring by themselves while Lebron takes his rest. its not like Lebron is racking up assist like Chris Paul or Rajon Rondo.

And even Shaq said that Lebron is one of the most selfish players he ever played with and that Lebron cried whenever the coach makes plays he didn't like.

I know im ranting a bit here and I don't really hate Lebron as much as it might seem like I do. I just think Lebron is over rated. Im not saying Lebron isn't the best player right now because he is obviously in the top 3 and he worked hard for that but people act like he is better then anyone that has ever played before but I think Lebron's stats are Average when you compare them to the stats of the all the current and past superstars.

Carmelo is averaging 27 points, 2.8 steals and 9 rebounds a game this season.

Lebron is averaging 26 points 1.3 steals and 7 rebounds this season.

Both players are 6'10 and enetered the NBA at the same time and are the same age.

Lebron has 2 titles however but if you swap Melo with Lebron on that Miami team, Im pretty sure melo would have 2 rings too.

I have heard people say that Carmelo is the better scorer while Lebron is a better team player but if Carmelo is also grabbing more boards and steals than Lebron doesn't that make Melo a better overall player?

Lebron is in his prime years and his stats are slowly declining from season to season. He scored a career high of 30 points one season with the Cavs but since joining the Heat his biggest year he averaged 27 points a game and now he is averaging 26 for the last 2 years. He still has great numbers but this year Wade and Bosh have seen a drop in production and Lebron isn't picking up the slack. I see players like Chalmers and haslem are picking up more points per game now though.

I was expecting Lebron to average at least 30 a game with the heat by now but it seems like his stats are slowly decreasing. This year especially saw some big drops like his steals per game went down from 1.8 averaged last year to 1.2 this year. in fact all of Lebron's stats have declined this year.

Is Lebron just taking it easy or is he actually declining physically?

Will Melo continue his hot streak and steam roll the Caveliers or will the Cavs finally start winning and crash Melo's 30+ point streak?

Will Spurs win another championship and end Miami's 2 ring streak?

Would Miami still be a playoff team without Lebron?

I think at least 6 or 7 of the the Miami Heat's roster will end up in the hall of fame.

Lebron seems much more dominant in the post and he is scoring much more effectively down low.
