does the PBA represent officers pertaining to off duty incident ?

an attorney who represents the PBA( The Police Benevolent Association ) is representing the same officer on a personal matter not as a PBA member . The officer hired the attorney privately .Can this attorney longer represent any other PBA memebers or the PBA as well.

Is this a conflict of interest?

when somebody is innocent and set free by the state attorney is the person aloud to receive the proper material to inspect and find out why the state dropped the case .

if there is a invalid or false document knowingly filed by the victim in a criminal case (with the state) and discovered by the person accused of the crime but NOT taken into consideration by the state attorney that the victim is misleading the state and the court then what needs to be done to expose the state attorney for covering up for the victim.

isn't this a crime committed by the state attorney for covering up and the victim for misleading the court in a criminal case.

if you can prove that a Seargant is texting harrasing messages like you are a f-felon hahaha,i like to arrest POS criminals like you makes me feel good ect.............knowing that the peson wasn't charged of any crime yet by a judge.Is there a big chance that the cop get punished if you report him?

question regarding an appeal in the State of Florida.The final order was signed by the Judge on September 1,06.

I wonder if somebody knows how much time I have before I have to file my appeal and if I am able to get an extension due to the fact that I had to leave the US on an emergency on Sept 7. I had not enough time to find an attorney. I just came back.I called the clerk of court and ask if I could file a motion to ask the court for that extension they couldn't help me out. Hope someone knows the answer I really appreciate it.

Wenn man angeklagt wird muss doch Beweismaterial vorliegen um uberhaupt angeklagt zu werden.

Ich habe fur 8 monate 3 mal angefragt ( Gerichtlich) um diese Dokumenten zu erhalten bevore der Verhandlung damit ich mir die mal anschauen kann.Die andere Partie hat sich daran uberhaupt nicht gestort und hat mir kein Beweismaterial gegeben oder wenigstens Gerichtlich eingereicht das nichts an Beweise vorliegt.

Am Verhandlungstag wurde mir eine schriftliche ausserung von der anderen seite gegeben.Der Gute Herr Richter hat davon gewusst da ich Ihm 2 mal gesagt hatte das nach den Regeln diese Beweismaterial mir vorliegen mussen damit ich genug Zeit habe um dieses Material mir genau anzusehen.Monate spater erhalte ich ein Papiere das ich vor Monaten angeforderd hatte.

Der Richter hat sich auch daran nicht gestort und einfach die Verhandlung vortgesetzt.

na sagt mir mal Bitte wie Ihr daruber Denkt.

If you file a Demand for Discovery 2 times including a compel decision in the last 8 months but the other party did not comply by the rules and just ignored this Demand but on the hearing day the other party provides the evidence ????.The Judge was aware of this but did not object to it not even after you point it out to him twice he just went on with the hearing. Is this not bias on the Judges part and he is breaking the court rules?

By law the accused is allowed to ask for evidence I assume I am 100 % sure on this but the evidence should be presented to you before the hearing least 30 days if they dont have any evidence than I would assume they have to give you a response also before the hearing.

Would this be a reason to appeal ?

the judge made his decision and write his original order than he ask the attorney to prepare the order regarding child support.After the prepared order was received the other party noticed that the attorney added a manufactured statements (made up by him )against the other party knowing it is false.However, this false statement by the attorney wasn't addressed by the judge in the original it was not an issue in court.I would assume that this is illegal this document the attorney changed is a legal document.The bad part is the judge rubber stamped the prepared order without his review.Now is this a criminal act by the attorney we know already he failed the ethics and disrespect the court.

Can he be sued for falsying a legal document ?

Hope somebody can answer.
