Im 17 years old and my bones crack pretty much everytime I move. When I wake up in the morning, it's usually my ankles that crack when I walk, along with my toes. Then, when I bend by knees, they crack. Sometimes, my shoulders and I think my elbows (not really sure where the sound is coming from) crack when I put my arm out straight. It's not painful, it's just annoying and I'm begining to wonder if there is something wrong with my bones or joints or something. I don't know...just looking for some insight. Thanks!

im 15 and i get heartburn alot. i've had it for a couple years now and i can usually pick out what foods give me heartburn. my dad said he use to get it alot when he was young too, but i was just wondering if it was normal for my age, should i be worried?
