First of all the crime happened in Wisconsin in 2003, 8 years ago I was charged with party to a crime. Everything was settled and taken care of. Now today I received a letter in the mail stating that they want to charge me something else and im suppose to appear in court. Can they really go back that far and bring up new charges? My record has been clean, no trouble what so ever since then and out of the blue this happens.

What I have is a little over $5000 in debt I want to pay off. Some is medical bills, one credit card, and a bank account from a fraud check I received as spam. What I want is to just get it paid so it comes off my credit, and I don't plan on financing anything. But i'm engaged, and I don't want to effect my future husbands credit. Also whats shown on my credit report as balances owed, isn't there a way I can actually settle it for a smaller amount? How long does it take to come off my credit once its paid? Alright heres the deal, I filed child support in October. The father and I weren't married so we had to go through paterity testing. After the results came back, my case worker through child support told me what my amount would be and so on. We were suppose to have court on the 18th, but that was canceled and now set back another month. As of Feb 1st he will be in arrears 2600 dollars. So does the support start before court or after, because my understanding is court is just to state facts about paternity, placement, and visitation. I just don't know how these things work, and my case worker doesnt explain anything. thanks for the help

I was in a 10 month relationship with my daughter father up until he found out i was pregnant and kicked me out of our house. Now my daughter is 15 months old, and we still haven't seen of her natural father. Not so much as a phone call. Ive been with my fiance since i was 3 months pregnant, he's been there by my side, even during my c-section, and every single day of her life. He considers her, his daughter and that's it. He has been wanting to adopt her. I know if i gotten ahold of my daughter natural father he would have no problem signing off his rights, since he clearly stated he wants nothing to do with her. So my question is where do i start with this? Do i just get a lawyer and go from there? I tried searching the internet but found nothing. Thanks for you help

Her car was overheating during the summer so i replaced the thermostat in the car, and got all the air bubbles out. Now the car runs at the temp it should, but when the car is completely warmed up she has no heat. What can it be?

I have no noise traveling down a road unless i hit a bump, holes, or a patched road.

Its on both sides in front of the suv. Sounds like the front end jumps, as if there is something loose.

Im going to be inspecting it today, and wondering what to look for and whats most common.

Also i have a question regarding the fuel mileage. These suv's are rated for 24-26mpg on the hwy, well im only getting 17mpg. It does have high miles but i doubt that would cause that much fuel mileage.

I bought it Lucas fuel injection cleaner,and ran it through but no change. It runs great, no missing or rough idling. I also bought new Platinium ford spark plugs for it, air filter, and a fuel filter for it. It also has brand new coils on it. I don't have a engine light on, so im thinking all my sensors are good. What can be causing my fuel mileage to be so bad? and what can i do to improve it? Any hints, tips, etc will be great.

I have just bought the truck a couple of days ago so i don't know much about it yet.

But it has 185,xxx miles on it, and i was told that if i don't know when the last time the transmission was serviced that its better off not to change the fluid, so im not sure of what to do??

Also i seem to be getting horriable gas mileage, i did the math and im only getting 17mpg when there suppose to get around 24 to 26mpg. So is there anything i can do to fix it from using so much fuel?

I already replaced the air filter, and fuel filter, and i ran some high quality injection cleaner through it. And im going to pick up spark plugs asap..

The tv is brand new. Its a zenith 50".. I noticed after turning it on for the first time there is a fine black line that goes across the whole screen.. It comes and goes, so what does that mean? and can i fix it, or have it fixed?

I brought my 2003 Kia Spectra into Pomp's tires for a wheel alignment, they called me 10 minutes after i dropped it off and told me i need a front left wheel bearing. My concern is my car doesn't make any unusual sounds, like grinding and squeaking. It also doesn't pull, but i do have a very slightest vibration. Whats the best way for me to check it out myself? The reason i brought into the shop is because i put brand new tires on the car less than 5000 miles ago, and the front 2 tires are completely bald on the inside.. But could 1 bad wheel bearing cause that?

I was with my daughters father for 10 months then become pregnant,when i told him i was pregnant he kicked me out of our house. Now my daughter is 13 months old, and he's never once made any contact. He wants nothing to do with her. So I finally filed Child Support agenst him, we go to court next month for paternity. I was just wondering what all happens in that court room that day? And if i will have to go back to court for the results, or do they just file the order and start making him pay. And how do i go about making him pay for the last 13 months? Is there any way he can still sign off his rights, and still have to pay?

Last week Tuesday i signed papers at child support to have my daughters father served for paternity testing and child support order for payments. I live in Michigan and he lives in Wisconsin so how long would it take for him to get served the papers? Only reason im asking is because now his father has been harassing me and if it could happen that fast that he got the papers

Ive been friends with this guy for 12 years now, he's always been very impulsive when it comes to dating. He is 38 years old, and the new girl just turned 18. He has a history of younger women, he's also been convicted for being with one under age girl and is now a registered offender. I tried talking him out of this, but he is convinced that they clicked and they really like each other. I just don't get why a man his age wants someone so much younger. Why can't he be with someone more near his age? Is it a insecurity issue? I kinda blew up at him and told him to lose my phone number, yeah it was immature of me or wasn't? I don't know i got mixed feelings on this one and could use some advice. He's never been married, he has a 14yr old son, and he's not able to hold onto relationships or has had a long term relationship. I don't know if that helps.

Ive decided to get my boyfriends name tattooed on me tomorrow. Yes i know people say not to do it, having someones name is a mistake. Well here is the story behind why im doing it! I was with my ex for 10 months before i've gotten pregnant and when i told his parents he kicked me out. So afterwords I met Rick my current boyfriend, i told him i was pregnant, and already had my son. He accepted i was in fact pregnant, he was there almost everyday of my pregnancy, he was there for the delivery, and he's been here everyday since. We do live together now, my daughter is his daughter so he says. He loves her as she was his own. She calls him dada, and there so great together, she couldn't have a better father. Im so lucky to have a man that stepped up the way he did. He's asked to adopt her too. So with everything he has done he deserves, or i deserve the tattoo. Even if we ever broke up, he's done so much id could never regret it. So i know im getting his name over my heart, but i want something else to go with it, and i just don't have that artistic mind. Do you have any idea's?

Im living with my fiance and his father, ok the problem or problems are his father. When we fight its always about his father. His father doesn't work but is collecting unemployment, but all he does is drink beer, he is drunk everyday. He has this huge dog that sheds terribly, he does not brush it or give it a bath. I do not want this dog in our house, i have a 10 months old baby crawling around, and i don't want her covered in dog hair, or dirty. My boyfriend and i fight over this dog all the time, he does not have the heart to say anything because his father loves this dog. So i've thought about taking the dog and bringing it to the shelter without them knowing.. I just can't handle it anymore! Ok there is more, his father is seriously a slob. Every morning there is coffee running down our counter, no he does not wipe it up. He spills coffee grounds on the floor, and leaves them there for me to clean up. He never wipes the stove off when he is finished, splatters food in microwave without thinking hey i'll just cover it up so it does not do that, or i'll just wipe it out when im done. He leaves all his dishes for me. I can scrub the floor on my hands and knee's and he'll walk in with his boots on, i could just scream. I planted new grass seed and put straw over the top of it, he went over all of it with the lawn mower. He finally gave his dog a bath, tied to the clothes line where i had clean clothes hanging. Hello common sense. Last which is the grossest part, he will **** and splatter the toilet and does not clean it. Why do i have to deal with this? Ok so i told my boyfriend i can't deal with this, this house needs to change really fast. I want some privacy, i want to walk out of the bathroom in a towel, or in my t-shirt without a bra. I want to sit on my couch and not have to see him every single day. I told my boyfriend i want his father to move out, he said he can stay here as long as he wants and if i don't like it then oh well. I knew he was here when we gotten together and yeah i did but i didn't know it was going to be like this or i would have never moved in.. So what would you do, what should i do? I want my boyfriend to see my picture and just speak up or something.

It first happened prolly 3 yrs ago, i was out with some friends and i started feeling tired so i sat down, and before i know it i woke up on the floor, sweating and pale, i than passed out again after i stood up. After i stepped outside i was fine. About 9 months ago, it happened while i was pregnant. I was just shooting pool, and i started feeling funny again, like the first time and i knew it was going to happen, i than woke up on the floor, i was helped up, and i passed out again for a second time. Now just a couple of days ago, it happened much more sudden, actually while i was at the hospital. Of course noone seen it, and i told the nurse they checked my blood pressure, and said i was fine and sent me home. Its really bothering me and im wondering if anyone knows whats going on?

Okay this is whats going on.. A while ago i discovered my boyfriend of 9 nine months looking at porn online. I did confront him about it and he simply told me its normal for a guy to do it. So i told him it obvious that he can't be attracted to me if he's watching these video's, well this is what he told me.. U really think that? It just makes me wonder if he gets all hot and bothered, than comes to me for the rest. So last night we were in bed, we started playing around you know just wrestling, and this whole time i was naked. Well at the end i gotten on top of him and started kissing his neck and so on. Well he turned me down, so when i get home from work, i come here to the computer, and yet again today he was watching video's.. Im not understanding any of it. He can sit here and watch porn than show affection to me.. What am i doing wrong?

We argued about this, and he knows clearly i don't like it. He also has told me that he is very attracted to me and loves me very much. Is it something that should really bother me? How do i handle the situation?

Also I don't remember the date I had my last period, so would they be doing a ultrasound to know how far along I am?

Is there any special tools that is needed for this job?

I already told him because he respects me, loves me, guides me in the right direction, protects me, voices his thoughts and corrects me when i'm wrong, there when i'm down and he can always bring me back up, makes me laugh and smile... What else can i tell him??
