2014 Infiniti Q50. I have 2 fobs with the same issue (so it's probably not the fob). The car will push to start with the fob in my pocket. The front door will unlock when the fob is close by. But we get zero response when using the fob to lock the car remotely, open the trunk or use the panic button.

The service guys at the dealership have no idea what the problem is.

Since it's 2 fobs (and we replaced the battery), can it be a problem somewhere within the car itself? Somehow it's not accepting the signal?

I have an old Latitude 6220 running Windows 7. The other day, I noticed the clock a couple hours behind. I reset the time, only to notice it an hour behind an few hours later.

I have tried the following:

1 - Updated Bios

2 - Updated Chipset

3 - restored to an earlier version

Any ideas?

Mom is pushing 90. Since walking bothers her due to arthritis, she's become less and less stable. She uses a walker now to get around. But when she drops it to just go a short distance, she is super unstable.

I'd like to put together a plan for her to get her act together. Ideally, we'd start with a physical therapist, but there's no way she'd agree with that.

The gum melted in the dryer, and dried on my shirt. I can't get it off. Is the shirt lost?

I bought some Logitech Freepulse wireless headphones off Craigslist. They were fresh from the box- tho the box had been apparenlty sitting around forever.

The headphones connect to an adapter that gets plugged into whtever device. The phones don t pair directly with the device s bluetooth.

The adapter won t charge. Can f figure out how to get it to go. When charging, there is supposed to be an orange glow until the adapter is charged. Instead It simply flashes orange for a micro-second, and never charges. While plugged in, I can get it to connect for about 5 seconds before the adapter dies - even while plugged in.

Can I use a different adapter or any other ideas?

Brand new Droid Turbo 2. I've had issues restoring my contacts. VZ is going to roll back my contacts to a better time, but I am just confused by a couple things

Here's 1 - Using "Cody" as our example.

I cannot find Cody's cell # in my contacts. Under his entry in contacts, there is only an email. When I search his contact - same. I have "all contacts" displayed.

So I can't find his #. BUT - when I start writing his name in messages+ to send a text - there's his number. So i copy it down to call. WHen I start dialing his number, his name comes up.

WHERE IS THAT NUMBER coming from? Where is it stored?

each of the 4 hydronic zone valves is about 10 feet from the source furnace. I've got the valves in the open position, and the pippe is super hot in the few feet past the valves where the pipes go into the home.

Upstairs - at the beginning of a couple of the zones - the pipe is not hot. I've given it about 20 minutes. I figure it should be hot by now - but nothing. Seems like such a simple concept - furnace, circulator, valves and pipes. Help.

My house has 4 heating zones - gas/hot water heat.

In one particular zone - the first room heated is a bathroom that we re-did last year. Heat really emits from the new baseboard we put in. The hot water then goes through to a bedroom which also seems to get decent heat.

Then it goes to my family room - with a long (~15 feet) baseboard. I can feel heat - but not emitting as much as the bathroom. So, the family room - which is the biggest area - isn't getting warm.

Between the rooms, the piping does go into the floor - which is the garage ceiling. But that is nothing new - and it is insulated. What is new is the remodeled bathroom. The bathroom baseboard is new - and we redirected - just a foot or two - there.

Do I need a new baseboard in the family room?

XPS 15Z - I took it apart to replace the keyboard. I made a point to quickly clean the fan. When I put it back together - works great. But the fan runs all the time. It isn't getting hot at all. Just runs. What did I do wrong? What can I try?

So, I just won a repo auction on a 2002 745i - 73k and a pretty good carfax. But they don't let you drive it.

I am planning on immediately going with an oil change and a nice detailing. What else should I go ahead and do immediately - especially since I think it's been sitting since late 2013/early 2014? ATF change? Coolant change?

I am trying to remove some viruses in my sister's laptop. I would like to run some scans in safe mode. I have tried the different combinations of F8 and shift an with right shift. No luck. This gateway is running Windows 8. Bonus points if someone can help me get rid of Activeris AntiMalware - which, as it turns out, is a malware in itself

So - both cards are fit in the phone correctly, but my phone says there is no card. On restart, it recognizes it and works for a bit - but then soon goes back offlline.

Just picked up a second hand laptop, and i want to clear the hard drive out, and load a new Windows.

When I get to the portion of the installation that asks which partition I want to load the Windows on, ther is a small 12 gig portion - listed OEM (Reserved), a 101 gig portion (unallocated Space) that I have no idea what is on it, and the 136 gig portion with the current Windows.

I highlighted the second 101 gig portion, and hit "delete". The 3 different partitions are still listed, only I can no longer do anything with that 101 gig portion.

How do I just format the entire hard drive (do i want to?) so I can have an un-partitioned drive to install Windows on?

Just wondering if the guts of the phone are any different (cpu, ram, etc)
