Is there any difference between a US and Canadian NetFlix account? Could it be content or distribution rights? I see that the US Netflix account may be watched in either US, District of Columbia and Canada. I can sign up to either US or Canadian accounts.

I wish to file a complaint against Travelex ATM / Cash Points where they prey on unsuspecting foreigners. When one uses a foreign ATM card on the Travelex Cash Points, the ATM gives two choices for withdrawing money. One is the GBP amount charged to your card, and another is converted to USD which is infact a markup against the GBP amount. This is funnily enough called the Home amount, whereas the previous flat GBP amount is called the Issuer amount. Confused? Right? What do you think the poor unsuspecting jet lagged traveller is going to choose? What isn't right is that the markup is 5.5% on top of what you want.

I'm English educated and travel frequently but these machines are a scam and I'd like to make a formal complaint to the UK banks advisory, tourism board or consumers board.

Any help in directing me to the right department would be most appreciated.

Do Yahoo Answers! people only ask questions? Do they ever read resolved questions to find out if their answers have already been answered?

Don't Yahoo Answers! people ever figure it out for themselves that they might get better answers if they do a search under their browers... like "Travel websites", "Cheap fares".. than here on Yahoo Answers?

I made a recording of a speech on my voice recorder that is a wma file. I want to attach it to an email but the file is too large. How to reduce it so that it can be sent via Gmail for example? The file should download easily to iTunes? Thank you!

I'm getting Friend requests from friends of my friends who think that I'm a good 'addition' to their list of friends. The problem is that I have no idea who they are, and those who I do know I do not want to add. Does Facebook have a feature to block my existence from my friends' list of friends?

Lately I am finding that my Firefox web browser is not responding when doing simple searches and then freezing and eventually crashing altogether. So I deleted it and downloaded a new one. It worked fine for a few weeks and the problem returned.

I am using Windows Vista. But it does not seem to be Vista's problem. However the Firefox crash is beginning to affect my other programmes as well.

Any insights?

Everyone says one must backup my computer regularly.. question is how to do that? Do I back up to an external harddrive? And if the computer crashes, how do I use this to reinstall everything?

Or do I back up onto CDs/DVDs (latter uses 5 compared to 14 CDs!)

Am not computer savvy here, so please excuse the dumb question.

I have iTunes on my notebook. I want to transfer the movies I have on iTunes to an external hardrive.

I read here on Yahoo! answers that it can as easy as just copying and pasting on to the external hardrive. Yes.. but when I try to play it from the external hardrive, it is somehow stored as a RealPlayer file, and opens on RealPlayer. EXCEPT that it is not playing. Nothing. Zilch.

Any advise appreciated.

When I view videos on some sites, such as YouTube, why is it that the "Download this video" (to RealPlayer) option pops up on IE but not on FireFox?

Can someone help? I prefer to use Firefox though so would like this feature on it instead of IE.

I already have iTunes installed on my Windows Vista notebook. Is there a way to choose where one may download iTunes movies? I would prefer the music on my notebook, but for movies, I'd rather it goto my external hardrive so as not to clog my computer's memory.
