The traditional rice....sparklers...bubbles....anything else?? I want something different...

Well....I need some help....ala David Tutera. I'm trying to incorporate hearts in my wedding...but I don't want to go over board, I don't want it to look cheesy, and most importantly I don't want it to look like a valentines day party. I'm using bright colors red and fuchsia with some grey...wedding is in April.

Any ideas? Help? Suggestions???? Pleeeease!

After many changes, I finally settled on a wedding theme and color. My husband and I had a civil ceremony this past Valentine's Day. So, for our religious ceremony in April 2011, I'm using grey, red and pink as our colors...with hints of hearts...(not over the top hearts). I'm asking for honest opinions...I know it's my day...I just want people to tell me if this works...especially for 2011...color trends...theme...any other ideas are welcome. Thank you.

thinking of a theme....

I get the whole you should do whatever you want and look however you want on your wedding day speech....what I need is some honest opinions on a short in the front long in the back wedding dress. The issue is: can I wear a cathedral style veil? The back of the wedding dress doesn't have a train...so I'm wondering if a really long veil will look silly. Or should I wear a short veil.

I don't mean this question as a doomsday question - I'm actually wondering if the pole alignment scheduled to "happen" dec 21 2012 is gradual or instant (that day).
