  • What is a good stock tracker dashboard?

I just started trading stocks and started with a few small stocks. I want to be able to monitor each stock in a single dashboard and not have to flip through different tabs to watch the activity. I don't need to to buy and sell through the dashboard, just need it for monitoring. If I can input my own amount of shares in that would be a bonus. Ideally I would prefer a windows application software, but web based would be okay.

  • How much Power?

I am building a small server. What size PSU do you recommend for this build?

    - ASUS H81T/CSM

    - Intel Pentium G3258 (53W)

    - 1x Kingston 4GB RAM (2W)

    - 1x Kingston 60GB mSATA (2W)

    - Dynatron K-2 Heatsink/Fan (5W)

    - 2x 40mm case fans (2W)

The total comes out to 64W, but I don't know how much power the mobo needs?

    I have 2 PSU's I am looking at.

    80W? or 160W?

Let me know what yo uthink would be the best power choice? And why.

  • OS similar to Synology?

Are there any operating systems that work similar to Synology DSM?

I like the idea of being able to operate a GUI remotely from a web browser.

Not looking for a Cloud system that i see online.

And not a remote desktop thing. They just lag and suck.

But a true web based OS similar to how Synology works.

  • Windows Home Server License?

How do I get the Windows Home Server License/OS? And what sthe going price?

I keep getting confused when I try to buy the OS. I see a lot of Device or User CAL's. I have no idea what these mean.

I just want to buy a server OS to install on my custom server build. It's only going on one system and I am the only one using it.

Just want to be able to remotely access it(no KVM) and use it via GUI. Have access to the desktop GUI remotely from my personal computer. No SSH or anything like that.

    Thanks for any help.

Any other OS options are acceptable too.

  • Mobo/PSU match up help needed.?

    I'm looking at this mobo:

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8...

    And put in this case:

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8...

Was planning on using this PSU:

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9S...

I can't seem to figure out if this mobo and PSU are compatible.... I'm always used to a 20+4 pin connector. But can't see anything like this.

  • Range extender or Bridge?

I'm adding a NAS to my local network. However, the NAS is in a separate room from the modem and router. And no way to run a wire.

So my question is... What would be best to add my NAS into the network? Use a range extender with an ethernet port? Like a netgear ex3700. Or another WiFi router set in bridge mode?

I'm currently running a netgear N750 as my current router. And will be streaming video and music from my NAS.

Anyone have any good methods to bridge the gap?

  • USAF How to Properly wear Occupational Badge above ribbons?

How do you properly wear the Occupational Badge above your ribbons when your ribbons are off-set?

My ribbons are currently off-set and I am not sure if I would "Center" my occupational badge above the ribbon rack as a whole?

Or "Center" my badge above the first row(which is off-set) of my ribbon rack?

The regulation states "The first badge will be worn on the wearer‘s left side centered ½ inch above the highest row of ribbons."

I am trying to understand that sentence. My thinking is that it would be centered above my single off-set ribbon on the first row and not centered over the rack as a whole.

What do you guys have to say?

  • Windows 8.1 annoying mouse settings?

Windows 8.1 mouse settings are super annoying.

When I hover over certain things the pointer/finger/cursor changes size and gets stupid big.

This makes it extremely annoying while just doing everyday work on my computer and especially annoying when playing games.

Is there any way to stop this from happening?

I'm using Windows 8.1 on a Computer, not a Tablet.

  • Military Property Taxes for Out of State residence?

I am an Active Duty military stationed in South Carolina. However my Home of Record is Vermont.

I own a home in South Carolina.

I pay state taxes to Vermont but pay property taxes to the county in South Carolina.

How do I file my taxes in this manner?

I think i messed it up last year. I normally file online since my taxes are pretty basic. But now I have a home and pay property taxes.

When I filed online and calculated my property taxes it was asking questions based on my residency being Vermont and not South Carolina.

  • Transfer Files to a New Computer?

What would be the best way to transfer my OLD files(OS, Programs, Docs, etc...) to a NEW computer.

I am making a few upgrades to my current computer with a new Motherboard, CPU, and Video Card.

I am not getting a new OS and can't find my current OS install disk. So not doing a CLEAN install.

I plan to just plug the old hardrive into the new build, but I'm afraid of driver compatibility issues.

Is there any GOOD way to use my current hard drive and OS on new hardware? And avoid compatibility/driver issues? Or will this even be an issue?

  • Lawn with multiple grass types?

My Lawn is made up of several different type of grass throughout.

Not sure of the exact type, but i think one is a centepide grass or maybe a zoysia.

Its a thicker blade and kind of creeps through the yard. it works pretty well. Also it is the only grass that seems to grow pretty well.

But only covers about 1/3 of my back yard.

I'm not sure of the others, but on the other side of my backyard is a much finer blade grass and is really thick.

It seems to brown real easy and dies off quickly.

There is a very distinct line in the middle of my backyard between the different grasses. and in the middle of them there is a lot of dead spot with bear ground(dirt/sand areas).

There also seems to be some fescue type grass in one corner. i think from a lawn repair product.

The question is how can I get a uniform type grass throughout, without tilling the whole thing and starting over?

I live in the Charleston, SC area. And as i mentioned I do have a fairly sandy soil.

  • How to size a home generator?

I am looking at home generators and trying to understand how to size one for my house.

When I go to sites I am being told that i need between 12kw and 25kw. Thats a large difference especially for the price.

And I thought I should be measuring kw hours. I am fully aware of my homes kw hour needs.

My home uses and average 30kw hours per day.

Each web site sizing guide bases everything on the square footage of my house.

What does that have to with how much electricity I use? And what size generator I need?

So my main question is: I use an average of 30kw hours in 24 hours. (Probably half of that if running on generator. But worse case, 30kw hours in 24 hours)

What size of generator would be needed to cover that usage?
