I have a single handle shower faucet. When toilet flushes it is scalding and I'd like a posi-temp or thermostatic valve of some kind to prevent this. There is a Moen 1225 cartridge in the faucet valve which is a 3/4 inch pipe. Is there another kind of valve or cartridge I can use in the 3/4 pipe that will control the water pressure or temperature so people don't get scalded? I cannot find a suitable replacement that will do this.

I realize that various magazines have said that the girls are fraternal, and it has been repeated widely. None of them give the source of this information, which seems highly suspect since they appear identical (as similar as most identical twins and much more similar than ANY fraternal twins or siblings). As children, they advertised that they were identical, and later their PR reps started saying they were fraternal. This was around the same time they were trying to hide Mary-Kate's anorexia, which was causing them to look different and for Mary-Kate to grow much less than her sister.

So, don't you think the "fraternal" rumor was started to mask the anorexia and drug problems?

To get to my destination, the N or Q trains are the closest, but I'm coming from JFK so I'll be on the A train. Only place to transfer is at 42nd street but it looks like the tracks are far apart. Is it better to take the E train which gets me about 4 blocks from my destination, or hike about the same distance in the 42nd street station, or is there a moving sidewalk or something to get from A to N/Q trains under 42nd street?
