I like to use cream of chicken soup as a gravy alternative once in a while. I've noticed though that when I heat it to near boiling, it suddenly breaks down and becomes as thin as water. I would expect some thinning, but not like this! Once it breaks down, it never thickens again, even as it cools. What am I missing? I have never heard of this before since folks use it in chicken pot pies and everything!

I know how to turn the task pane on and off. My task is to make the clip art task pane the default, since that is the most common and most useful for the children I work with. It is very easy to switch between them, of course, but I would like the clip art task pane to show first.
