like on the news when they say: 200 troops were sent to such and such a country - they just mean 200 soldiers or people. why do they say troops? the word troop to me implys a group of poeple. anyone know why?

my mom is working on a photo project of my bro and sis and i - and photos are all over my house. After looking at them i realize that i have been in atleast 5 very different states of mind: (starting from little girl) daddys girl, super rebelious, snob, retarted ho & now unsure of anything - looking back on my old pics i was never any of these other people before.... they say the body rebuilds itself every 7 years - do you think that the soul maybe does too?

has anyone EVER witnessed anyone standing up at the part of a wedding when the preacher type is like: does anyone know why this man and woman should not be joined? and like protested it - or heard of anyone doing that -- im arriving at the belief that it has never happened aside from in movies because i know alot of people and have never heard of ANYONE doing that or knowing of anyone who had done it. i would LOVE to hear one real account of it.

i am wondering - skeletal remains of early humans have been found that are not the same as our own. cave drawings have been found - does christianity recognise the fact that there were cave-men/women at a time? if so - if you dont believe in evolution and are a total creationist - do you discount or ignore the fact that there were different species of humans? if not - do you believe that they are in heaven even though they didnt know they were supposed to worship christian god? what do other no christian religions believe when it comes to creation - is christianity the only religion that has such a problem with evolution - also - would it be so far fetched to combine the two? like that god set a chain of events into action?

Ive been seeing shows and stuff about the "bible code" seems a bit ridiculous to me - wasnt the original bible written in aramaic? are we to believe that the bible was written so that english speaking people with computers could find english words in it 2 thousand years after it was written? like would kennedy and bin laden be the same in english as it would in aramaic? and twin towers and such? it seems pretty stupid to me. anyone have any insight on how this aramaic gets the code broken and then made into english words?
