will i lose weight if i drink qater for breakfast with some cereal and for lunch only tea and little to no dinner for a week or two?

so my friend had food poisoning at my house last night and she threw up in the trash can but there is a ton of tissues and stuff in the trash can. where should we put the trash now. throw it away? flush? emergency!!!

Well in 7th grade i had a really hard year i had no real trust worthy friends and my grandma died a few weeks before i moved, oh yeah i moved away from all my real friends. So for that year i was insainly depressed and thought i just wanted to disappear, and it keeps reocuring. In 8th grade I became top of the school but still got this really low lows when everything was great and i got way too high of highs where i thought i was perfect and could do anything, then the next week i would want to die because i thought i was fat and ugly when i am 14 and weigh 85 pounds. Im shortish 5'2 so im not like a stick but not at all chubby. I am writing this because for a few months i feel normal then after i feel like depressed then a month goes by no probs and i am insainly happy. My aunt has bipolar and i have a twin but she is nothing like this. I feel like this is not normal if it is i cant take it anymore. I have never attempted suicide because i love my family but what do i do? Am i depressed, or bipolar or do i have an image disorder.

Yesterday I was involved in a car crash. I saw it coming out of my window, the passenger seat. And my mom, the driver and my sister didn't see it coming. I didn't scream or anything and the airbags didn't deploy. My car ended up about 2 inches away from a 1 foot in diameter metal pole and a metal box. We got lucky but my my mom my sister and I are all really soar and we went to the doc and everything, after it happend I didn't cry or scream or anything because my mom was freaking out so I tried to keep her calm. Last night and now today I just can't get the image of the car coming out of my mind. I keep crying now because of how surreal it all is, The person that hit us ran a red light and we have 3 witnesses on our side. But I do not know why I am so upset after it all had happend. I'm at home and laying in bed because I am so soar, but why am I so scarred and sad after the fact and I wasn't at all when it had happend. And does anyone know how to help get the image out of my mind?

so i have this language arts project where I need to dress up and talk about a person. Should I do Jennifer Lopez, a princess or what should i do!?

My sister left chololate chips out in a bag and he ate 20-30 he is a medium/small dog. Will he be okay!?

I am going to get my nails done tomorrow afternoon and i want to know what i should get like what patterns. don't say like cheetah print or anything tacky. I want something like something super cute. my style is shabby chic and ubber cute thanks ahead of time:)

I am also getting a hair cut so right now i have hair below my shoulders like maybe 5 inches or so below them. I want it still longish but should is most tell me what to do with my bangs to. Pictures would be awesome as well. And i have brown hair and tan skin.
