I'm curious if our empathy will reach a tipping point and we'll begin to start heading back to incarceration until better solutions for our mentally ill are available. To me it is no different than housing a Tiger, I believe some are best left to the professionals. I know it's crass, but possibly some training should be required to parents of special needs children so they have a full understanding of what to expect. Schools are busting at the seams, and don't even know what "bizarre behavior" to watch for anymore because they're steeped in it everyday. Sorry if I went too many directions in this post, it's a frustrating and mufti-faceted issue.

Polygamy is illegal in the United States. However, having children with multiple partners is not. Actually, it's encouraged. The more baby momma's one has, the more welfare can be obtained. So while one man can have children with 3 different woman and not support them at all. A man can have 3 children with one woman and support them AND have a large portion of his check taken to support other woman and children not being supported by their father. Am I lacking clarity on this?

You can choose whether to have relations.

You can choose when to have relations.

You can choose how to have relations.

You can choose a form of birth control.

Is this not enough choices for people? Please, please, please people take responsibility for your actions and accept the consequences of those actions.

Does anyone have a line on 9mm ammo? I'm looking for plinking stuff to my door for about $10/box. If it has to be, it can be steel cased.

I'm wanting to get a high capacity pistol before someone tells me I can't. What are the recommendations here? I know the history and reliability of the Glock. But, I do like to hit small targets and maybe the XDM would be better at that? I guess reliability is the most important for this particular gun. Feedback welcome.

It's clear to me the penis's in this country are out of control. They're causing the death's of many young children in the form of abortion. Mandated penis locks, a 5 day waiting period on penis use and a thorough background check prior to use could greatly reduce the loss of life.

Forget Hepa filtration, no particle would make it past your vacuum. No need to ever change a filter or empty a nasty dust cup. You wouldn't need to drag a cord around, it would be self contained and self powered.

So I read from the University of Minnesota website "If a person spends more than two hours in a room where someone is smoking, the nonsmoker inhales the equivalent of four cigarettes. " So using that statistic, if I go to a smoky bar for 6 hours I'll inhale the equivalent of 12 cigarettes. Now, ADD to that the 12 I smoke and I'm up to 24 Cigarettes? I don't think it's smoking that kills people, its smoking indoors that does it. Now, there are reasonably priced solutions to this.

Place an air return along one wall of the Club and make that the smoking area. This exchanger will continually draw all the smoke in the air outside and exchange it with fresh air. The air quality in the building would actually better than many buildings without any smokers in it. Also, throw in a couple of plants, them things just love cigarette smoke.

I believe society as a whole has become numb to deadbeat fathers. I know it's not just blacks, they just happen to be leading right now. If a trend can be recognized, it can be reversed. Children need fathers and a household with a mother and father has a greater success rate. A simple solution, would be for women to stop giving sex to to men who clearly are not interested in being a father. The liberal solution seems to be abortion. In a healthy world, which would work best?

I tried firing a 45-70 Encore, just curious of others opinions on shooting style. The owner of the gun recommended I lock my arm. I've only taken a few shots with a handgun with recoil close to this but I didn't lock my arm. I reluctantly decided to follow the owners advice. Although the shot seemed to handle pretty well, it left me with rattled teeth and a slight soreness in my shoulder. This was NOT ported and he had the 325 grain 2050 fps lever-evolutions. Any thoughts? I wouldn't mind trying one of these again, but is it better to keep your elbow bent?

I'm wanting to grind my own beans. I use a french press so I want to adjust to a course grind, and I don't need a lot of volume. Mostly a few small pots on the weekend. So I'm looking for adjustable grind, small volume and a reasonable price. Manual or electric is fine.

Dog attacks just keep showing up in the news. I have a fairly simple solution;

Require a responsible party for dog ownership. Which is to say an adult. Then, hold that adult responsible for that dog's behavior. And I mean hold them responsible as if they had done it themselves. For example, if I ran over to my neighbor's lawn and dropped a deuce on it they'd probably lock me up. If I ran up to my fence and started yelling at my neighbor's kid unprovoked people might find you socially retarded. If I buried my nose in the neighbor ladies crotch or jumped her leg and started humping it they'd probably lock me up. And finally, if bite, dismember or kill anyone we all know where I'd be going. All things the dog does should be a direct reflection on the owner.

I'm interested in refinishing or having refinished a stock from a 1962 browning SA 22 grade 1. I believe it's original coat was a high gloss finish. Is this a job best tackled by a pro? I'm not good at refinishing, and I'm concerned about the checkering and getting the original finish back.

We have black history month, but no red history month. It seems wrong. And what about Brown history month? Yellow history month seems logical. Why do we single out the blacks? Is their history more rich? Or is it strictly judged by the color of their skin?
