Has anyone out there attended the University of Phoenix Online and had trouble getting their excess financial aid funds? I was told 2 weeks ago that my excess private loan funds were put in the mail and sent to me (in excess of $13,000). I was told that it could take up to 7-10 BUSINESS days for me to receive my money. I still haven't received it. I get the run around from my finance counselor. Anyone in their right minds knows that it doesn't take that long for something to go from Arizona to Michigan (where I live) -- unless they are sending it Pony Express! I even checked with my local post office and they told me the slowest mail (media mail which is used to mail magazines) doesn't take that long! Anyone else had such problems with U o P? I'd like to hear your stories and how you finally got your problem solved and got your money. Thanks for the help!

I've been trying to locate a relative of mine and used to be able to type his Yahoo ID into Yahoo profiles and his info would come up. Now when I type his ID into the Yahoo Profiles, it comes back saying no one is found by that name.
