I live in marion county fl. I have a 3 year old and a 8 week old. My ex boyfriend os the father of both kids. He was just resently diagnosed with antisocial psychopathic disorders. He is very voilent. I have a reatring order on him but he gets visitation with the kids. He has been voilent to our 3 year old in the past. he has hit me multiple times while I was pregnant with our 8 week old. I am tryin to get full custody of my 2 children. I am currently unemployed. I am a stay at home mother till I can find a daycare for them so I can go back to work.

Is there anyone that can help me?? And yes I have tried legal services. They wont help me.

Please help!!! Everytime I get them both back they r sick cuz they smoke in the house and around the kids they also smell like mold too. Dcf has aproved there house too.

My ex is saying he will not help me get anything for our unborn baby that is due in 5 days or our 3 year old. he says he will buy for the kids when he has them but when i have them i have to find a way to get the things that they need on my own. even though i am 9 months pregnant and no where will hire me. can i get child support from him?? he lives with his parents and doesn't pay a thing and just blows all his money on himself. he gets over $600 so he can afford to atleast give me like a $100 or so seeing as he helped make the kids.

Does anyone know if they can garnish his check for child support or not??

I just had a baby just about 4 months ago and im breastfeeding him. i was wondering if there was any thing i can do to lose weight? i gained 63 while i was pregnant and i want to lose that plus more. im 5"6' and i weighed 237 when i had my baby. i would love to lose all the weight. if anyone could help me i would be really really really happy!!! thank you!!!

My ex is wanting me to spilt custody of our unborn child and i got served with papers on it but only one of the pages was stamped and it was writen in magic marker on some parts of the papers. and just now i got a letter in the mail stating when my hearing date is and its already passed. he mailed it on the 4th and my hearling date was on the 2nd. can i get in trouble for not going? but i didnt even no of it untill today (2/6/2010). but the paper isnt stamped or anything. could it be a fake???

Im trying to find out wat episode or episodes that hinata trains in to become a better ninja. it shows her training at a lake i think there is a waterfall but im not sure. naruto sees her but doesnt no its hinata. i also cant find out wat episode she almost runs into renji (i think it was renji) when she runs around a corner and spins out of the way. i think thats wat happenss. if any one can help i would love to no!! ive tried looking but i just cant seem to find those episodes!!

I have a 2 year old cat and she plays with a 4 month old kitten. About a week ago i noticed she had something wrong with her eye.

It starts near her tear duct and goes towards her pupil and its a blueish foggy color. It looks like there is a layer on her eye that is peeling off.

I have looked up online the symptoms of a cats catracts and it says that if she has a spot in her pupil then it might be catracts.

i dont no for sure how she got it but im pretty sure it was when she and the kitten were playing together.

If any one could help me with this I would be really greatful!!!!

my cat had kittens just a little over 8 weeks ago, she is still nursing them. she got outside about 3 times already and now she is eatting more and more. she never ate this much when she was pregant the 1st time. Can she be pregant and still feed the other babies? and if so do I have to wait for her to stop nursing the babies before i can give them away. they are just about 10 weeks to the day (12/14).

I was told by a friend that if the milk is cold it can kill them so i have been heating it some for them. what i want to no is can 1% milk kill them. or it any kind of cow milk that is harmful to them?

my cat is very pregant i dont no how far along she is but she has all the sign that she is about to go into labor. her nipples have started to drop and her stomach is getting hard. does this mean she is about to go in to labor soon???

she has always been very lovely dovely to me so its hard to say is that is a sign or not. also she has always followed me around everywhere.

In March of '08 I worked briefly at a job (i believe it was no more then a month) but I have only one of my pay stub. In june of '08 I worked for 2 months at another job i have all my pay stubs from there. On either place I was never mailed or called when my W2's came in. They took out Federal Withholding on both. So I should have got my W2's. I need to know what I can do to get them.
