1. Whats the Perfect PSAT score?

2. I got a 177 on a practice test, for the first time.. is that bad, ok, good, great?

3. what are the best review books? (I'm using Princeton Review : cracking the PSAT)

and how else do you study for this?

im really torn between two different electives.

so far the classes im thinking of taking will fill up 7 full periods (main classes), and an alternate (or ever other day) period of gym.

now heres the final decision. i cant make up my mind if i should take :

Latin- a full year , 1 credit, one period class. to get skills in Latin and Eng. For Latin translation, Greco-Roman history, culture and mythology . It can help me in the SATs by learning english vocab by Latin roots, prefixes and suffixes.

Also i can go forward in next years wiht Latin 2 and Latin 3 (Regents)... Latin 4 for an SAT test.

I'm already taking Spanish for a language and i find learning different languages fun and interesting.

But ... im REALLY interested in

Law in Business and Society - 1 credit, 1 period, for the year.

I'll learn more about laws and justice system, - individual rights, crimes, lawsuits, the court, trial procedure, minors, contracts, property, agency, and "what the future may hold for the law",

There are field trips to courts, guest speakers, and can do mock trials!

I find law really interesting and mock trials sounds fun... and idkk im stuck between the two that seem like if i dont miss one its missing a great opportunity

btw. by taking one of these im giving up lunch. and im thinking that i'll keep the alternate period wiht gym as a free. so lunch every other day.

but taking one of these electives means a lot to me and im stuck.
