I'm an amateur when it comes to photography, but i want to buy a new camera which can help me take better pictures. I cant decide whether i should go for an entry level DSLR or stick to something portable like Canon powershot s95, because i already have a point and shoot camera. Could you please suggest me some good DSLR cameras for beginners? I would really like to get a good opinion before i make my decision.

What are the top recent DSLR cameras that are worth buying for an amateur? what is the minimum price range for a decent DSLR camera? I dont have much idea in photography, but i do want to improve my knowledge on that and i'm really confused about what to get... i was wondering to get something which is better than those portable point and shoot cameras. Is there any good software that can be used to copy files to and from a mac like TeraCopy? I just want fast file transfers, that's all. :) Please provide links and names of your preferred software.

I'm using iTunes 9 and for quite sometime. When I try to connect to the iTunes Store, it shows an error like "We could not complete your itunes store request. An unknown error occured (-50)". It also says "There was an error in the itunes store. Please try again later". So i tried the iTunes diagnostics, for checking the network connections, and the result says "Secure link to iTunes failed", whereas the connection is completely okay. I use kaspersky internet security 9, which i also tried to disable, but still it didn't work. Now what am i supposed to do?

Please dont give out any support links from apple's website like <http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1583%3E because it did not work.

I heard from a friend that skipping ropes really helps burn the excess body fat. Is this really true? I have already started doing it for the last 5 days and was hoping if it really does help lose weight. I'm a beginner at exercises and all this body fitness things and I barely know how to do it. Now, I can skip like around 30-40 reps in each turn. I do it for 30 minutes with 2-3 minutes break in between at a moderate speed. How long might this take for me to lose my weight.

P.S. I'm about 119lbs(54kgs) and my height is 5 feet 3 inches. And I would like to lose 13lbs.

I recently bought a new iPod Touch and I was hoping to get some new games and applications in it. But the thing is, WIFI doesnt support in my country and I cant even buy them from the iTunes Music Store as I dont have a credit card and my dad wont let me use it.
