I have to write a diary as if i were a greek when mount Vesuvius first erupted using a few latin words and i'm not sure how to go about it

I'm dyslexic and i have trouble with numbers and stuff and i don't want my friends to think that im dumb. I don't no for sure but there have been rumours that someone from the top maths group is getting moved down, who ever didn't get an A. It probably sounds stupid but i feel worried.
