Hi All.

I am prettry much asking this question again, but this time with more detail. I want to thank those who answered my last question with regards to this matter. In my previous question I explained me, my wife, and our to young children flew to the U.S for a family vacation to disneyland california. Upon arriving at Newark International Airport I was not permitted to enter the U.S. I was told in front of my children and wife I would be placed back on the next plane to London, which was in the morning. I convince my wife to take our children onward to there destination which was Las Vegas. We have family who live there. I was told by immigration I would be held at the airport overnight, and be placed on the flight to London In the morning. I was woken up in the morning around 7am and I was handcuff and shackled. I was taken to Passaic County Jail and I was held there for 10 months. (This jail has been documented with open civil rights abuses). When I was finally released I was place on a plane back to the UK. I immediately filed a documented complaint with homeland security and the department of justice. I awaited for them to respond and I was sent a letter explaining they are investigating the matter. As time went by I heard nothing from either party so I again contact them. I was told they are still investigating and nothing more. I have done this over 3 years now, and they still tell me they are investigating. My question is dont you think they have had enough time to investigate, and can I sue them for not resolving my complaint. Many Thanks to you all.

looking for a civil attorney to file a civil and human rights complaint after i was detained at newark international airport and held for an additional 10 months. I was held at the Passaic county jail where human and civil rights abuses have been documented and proved.
