I have a 4 year old little diva who seems to b getting worse and worse with her attitude. I know it is due partially in part to the new addition to our family...my son who is now 2 months old. She shows no resentment towards him at all tho she loves him to death and acts like a little mommy when shes around him but sometimes she just is unruly throwing things and yelling at me. Not to mention she talks back ALOT and is sooooo winey!!. I dont know if i am doing something wrong as a parent....any advice would help....I have tried timeout and all that it just doesnt work with her....she's 4 going on 16 i swear!! Is it just the age i hope, where kids push their limits?

I had to work and dont have dvr....what happened?!!

I just returned to work after a 10 week maternity leave. Stupid me didnt realize that I would have to pay my insurance premiums out of pocket. I know its probably common sense but i guess I forgot lol Anyways i went to pick up my first paycheck after being back and it was $0.00 it said overflow on it. It would of only been for 150 and my insurance premiums r 45 dollars a week so i owe alot of money. Im freaking out cuz now im not going to make any money for a month. is this legal and is there anything i can do?

I just had a newborn and already have a four year old i wanted to see what i would need to do to open a daycare out of my house. I only plan on on taking on 2-3 more kids tho...any suggestions?
