I work Nights Midnight to 8am

I worked all night ran 3 miles at 5 am

I did fast

I am in great shape

I run 3 miles three days a week

Exercise on a bow-flex three days a week for 1.5 hours

I have been a active person my whole life never had a problem with weight or anything else

I control my HP with meds 124/75

My only problem is sleep apnia which I just started using the cpap
