Is any branch of the DEA allowed to reveal their job title to friends or family?

I've heard that it only takes VW coolant, but some antifreezes say "compatible with all makes and models." If an antifreeze says that, should I assume it's safe to use on my Jetta? I have a major leak in my radiator and need to know before I seal it up, I was running peak antifreeze mixed with water through it before the leak started.

my car was parked in a grocery store parking lot. I came out to my car 7 hours later and found a full bottle of syrup all over my car, the empty bottle still on the parking lot ground. The area next to my car was also covered in syrup, from when they spilled some. I had to take my car through the car wash and get it pressure washed to take it off. I'm going back to the store today to see if i can get the films for proof. I am 100% sure of who it is, but i would need proof. What kind of trouble could this kid get in? I was thinking i could get him for vandalism, plus the store could get him for littering (empty bottle left in the parking lot) and vandalising the store parking lot (syrup spilled all over the area next to my car).

I already got accepted to my college of choice. I received a scholarship in which they are paying for the majority of my tuition. Now, let's say I were to get in a fight at school and end up getting suspended. Would my college be notified of that? If they do get notified, what will they do about it?

this kid used to be a close friend. i hate him now. i mean absolutely hate him. he uses me for what i've got, gives nothing in return, and is rude. he has no morals and does not see anything wrong with what he does when he does bad things or is rude, which is almost always. the problem is he follows me around school, sits with me at lunch, and is friends with almost all of my friends. i wanna get rid of him completely but he is tied to me in so many ways. how can i get rid of him? he's not doing me any good and just constantly puts me under stress and makes me look bad.
