Basically, I just need more information on what depression does to people, what it's like to have depression, what sort of medication you'd take for it, side effects of the medication, stuff like that. Links to websites giving info will do.

And by medication I mean actual medicines, not meditation and herbal remedies, proper anti-depressants. It's for a story I'm writing so I want the facts to be right.

Basically I'm at a summer camp (you don't have to read all this if you don't want, you can just answer the main question) and we were split into sports teams. There's a guy that until we ended up on the same team I had barely noticed, but now I'm starting to like him. I think he might like me back but I'm not good with this sort of thing so I don't know. Here are the things that make me think he might like me back:

-he hangs out with the other boys in the class and the girls have started to hang out with the boys but I've noticed he doesn't talk to the girls as much as the other boys do. However he talks to me more every day, but this could be because until recently I was the only person from our class on his sports team

-he smiles at me quite a bit, usually only if I cheer him on in sports or something. Like I remember once he had the ball in basketball and I just said "Go John!" (that's his name, if you didn't guess) and he smiled really broadly and seemed to try a little bit harder. I'm the only one who cheers for team members so I don't know if he would have done this for anyone else

-if one of the boys does something wrong in sports, he'll sort of give out to them and he'll be disappointed, but if I do something wrong he'll say "Ah, Aoife!" but he'll still be smiling. However he knows I'm bad at sports and it could also be because I'm a girl maybe he thinks he has to be gentler or something

-he seems to look at me quite a bit and seems to try and include me in the sports, usually aiming for me if he has to throw the ball to a girl (the teacher's way of making sure girls are included in the sports-making the boys pass the ball to a girl before shooting)

I hope you can help clear things up for me, even if you completely ignore everything I said here and just answered the question "How do you tell if a guy likes you or not?". Thanks in advance!!

This is for art homework and I have about an hour to do it. The backgrounds I have to choose from are a street of shops or inside a tailors workshop. Other things in the picture can be a mannequin wearing clothes, a sewing machine, a pair of shoes or a handbag. I may also use a cupcake, a slice of cake, an oven glove, a bag of flour, a bottle of food colouring, a guitar, a cd player, a microphone, a pair of headphones, curtains, a puppet theatre or a spotlight but I don't think any of these will come in handy. Please help as this was due a week ago and I have no idea what to draw

So for a long while we were just friends but then he told me he had a girlfriend and I felt weirdly jealous, and kind of glad when they broke up. Then he told me he had a crush on me, which I had already guessed but I still felt flattered but 2 nights later he asked me out and I said no. Partially because my mam won't let me date yet, but mostly because I don't like him that way, I only like him as a friend. But I feel a bit like I made the wrong decision. I've never had a boyfriend and am only 14 so I'm new to all this dating stuff so I'm very confused. Could you try to explain why I might feel like I've done the wrong thing?

For art, I have to paint something to make it look wooden so what I'm going to do is have a light brown base and paint dark brown lines on it. I have decided this is what I'm doing, my art teacher has agreed, all I need to know is how to make light brown and dark brown paint. If I ask my teacher, she'll just say I should have figured out how to do it before. The paints I can use are:

Red

Yellow

Blue

White

Black

Possibly some of the secondary colours as well.

Firstly, if I get any answers telling me that magic doesn't exist I will thumbs down and report your answer. I'm sick of people saying magic isn't real. You can't even prove it isn't real. To me, it's the same as telling a Christian there is no god. So please, believers only.

I believe in magic, I think that faeries, mermaids, nymphs, ogres, brownies, vampires and all other magical beings are real. But I want to see magic. I want to meet faeries in particular. But I don't know how. I don't live near any forests that aren't always filled with people and to get to a quiet forest I would need my mam to drive me so I wouldn't be alone. I just really want to see magic happening but I have no idea where to start. Please help?

Last night I had a dream where I met the perfect boy for me, 100% perfect because I created him. He became my boyfriend and I fell in love with him but when I woke up I was still in love. I know that this boy doesn't exist but I felt so happy in my dream and I wish it was real, when I woke up I was devastated and what if in real life I can't find anyone as good as him? How do I get over this dream, please help?

I got 2 dresses, identical except for colour, for €3 once and I liked them at the time but I never wear them any more. I'd put up a picture but my camera isn't working so I'll just try to explain what they look like. There are 2 straps, not very thick but not spaghetti straps either. 2 buttons go down the middle of the chest and underneath (just above the waist) the material is really stretchy. The skirt goes down to just above my knees and ends in a frill type thing. One dress is a dark pink and one has a sort of camouflage design but in pink and white. Any suggestions of what to do with them? And if you could explain how to do it as well?

I saw a few episodes at my friends house and it is now one of my favourite shows. I love it so much! But it is only shown on Disney XD, which I don't have. So I'm wondering if there is any website which I can watch it on or download it or something.

Why are you constantly either shoving your beliefs down their throats in an attempt to convert them or telling them they are wrong? The only time I ever see an atheist tell someone they are wrong is when the other person tries to tell the atheist that the Bible is true and they are possessed by Satan, and you never see an atheist trying to convert people. Why can't all you religious people just leave atheists alone?

My teacher said I should draw a stage set, particularly form an opera, but I don't really know what she meant. Any drawing I do has to be based on something real, ie I have it in front of me when I draw it or from a photo so no cartoons or drawings and it can't be too complicated because I'm running out of time to draw it and I'm slow at drawing stuff.

I thought that the singing wasn't the best but it worked because they were really acting. Fantine, Marius, Gavroche and Eponine were absolutely amazing! Oh my god, I'm getting goosebumps just thinking about it. Russell Crowe was soooo not the right person for Javert, he couldn't sing, he wasn't powerful enough and he always looked defeated.

Kinda having a panic attack cos my teacher is sooo strict. So, for my 3d project I am making a small theatre-stage thing and I have to draw 5 things to do with the theme-acting-or to do with my 3d piece. So far I have a puppet theatre and a close-up of a curtain but I have to do 3 more drawings, one of them has to be collage, for tomorrow! And I think I need one more to do with what I'm actualy making. Pleeeeease help!
