Whenever I try to type anything lately on my Compaq laptop it suddenly 'jumps' back a few words and I have to constantly erase and start again. My daughter who is just approaching her 50th birthday has had her DLA stopped. This amounts to £500 per month. She has a severe back problem with crumbling discs and a history of severe depression including many suicide attempts. She lives alone ina Community Housing project one room , shared flat. She is in complete despair and very frightened. She had doctors' reports and psychiatric reports to support her case and these were ignored. Can anyone suggest where she might go for help and advice please with her appeal? She is a bright lady with a good degree but a long history of mental illness.She worked all her life until recently.I really fear for her safety.

I have successfully bid on items which I want to give as Christmas gifts and it won't let me pay. HELP! I have contacted Paypal and jumped through all their hoops but my account is still limited. The documentary about two young lads terribly crippled in Afghanistan? Only 19 and one lost his sight and both legs. The other, both legs and an arm. Their courage and determination was just awesome. Both were walking on prosthetic limbs in a few months to attend their medal parades. RESPECT!!

This may seem silly as I am a mature lady but I have found out today that my niece, my sister's daughter and my God daughter has not only married this year but had a little baby girl last Saturday and I didn't know a thing about it. I have always been good to my sister's children who are now all 3 adults, giving them presents and cards for birthdays and Christmas and taken an interest in their progress and lives.I never had a thank you note or even a phone call thanking me for the gifts but put that down to their parents not teaching them this.

I rang my sister to ask whether my niece's address was the same for her birthday card and she told me the news.

I just feel as though I have been airbrushed out of my family and I have no idea why.I feel very upset and would appreciate your thoughts.
