If you google male chastity you will see that there are locking devices that can lock a man's genitals to prevent sexual activity. Should men behind bars have to wear them combat the awful rape problem in prisons?

Specifically she doesn't like it that I get erections. It doesn't matter if I'm with an old man doctor giving me a physical or Rosie O'donnell, If I'm naked it happens. I can't help it. I got fuzz on the mons pubis when I was about 11. Didn't start to turn to black corse hairs until I was 12/13. And didn't resemble an adult bush until I was 14 or 15.
