I am a high school junior going on senior that began running track over the winter. Right now i am running short sprint distances on a school track and will do cross country running in the fall. I am looking for new running shoes and am unsure whether to get spiked or non spiked track shoes. Since i am changing distances does that mean the same spiked shoe will not be as good running longer? (on a smaller note, i have to run about 7 blocks afterschool to the actual track after i change to practice. will doing this everyday seriously damage spiked shoes?)

As it is winter time the air is considerably drier and so when wake up from a long sleep, i get this dry feeling at the back of my nose right before the nose canal meets with the throat. IT IS NOT IN MY MOUTH. But whenever I swallow it causes uncomfortable pain. How can i get rid of it and prevent it in my sleep?

Me and my friend really like the new Shi No Numa map pack but whenever we're in a party together and search for a game, one of us gets kicked out while the other gets into a game. Afterwards we'd always switch the host. It rarely works. Are we doing anything wrong? Why can we not join a game?

P.S. i heard of joining a game by yourself and inviting your friend but that does not work.

I bought a copy of halo 3 about a year ago and its not working anymore. (Ill get five minutes into a level and it will freeze, some levels dont even start). I got a new copy and it freezes in the exact same spot of the level! It has no scratches or anything. I took out the memory unit and tried it again but to no success. I even tried on a different account. HELP!!!

BTW, other games dont go through this

I live in Queens, New York which is basically on the farthest coast of America and I sent in my Xbox 360 Pro system with one red quadrant, code E74. It is currently in transit to Mesquite, Texas and has been for about three days and I just want to know how much longer I'll have to wait. Also what can I do to prevent future problems like this because the microsoft website is no help. Something I plan to do is by the Xbox Intercooler.

So Im thinking about getting a GeForce 8400GS 256MB DDR2 DMS-59 Dual Monitor Low Profile Solution PCI Express Video Card but I want to know if it will be able to play the latest games like Call of Duty on max (or at least without lagging). Also how advanced is this card, i.e. will I have to upgrade it soon if a new game comes out?

P.S. My computer is has a slim harddrive which explains the low profile card...

As i said, i have a dell inspiron 530s with a standard Intel G33/31 Express Chipset Family and i want to buy a new video card to play games like bioshock, Call of Duty 4, or Medal of Honor Airborne. Ive been having trouble finding one and i need help. Oh, im sorry to say this, but it has to be from dell.
