I know there is a word for this, but I cant think of it.

When a person states a fact in a technical setting and then adds an additional statement that is non technical and unnecessary.

For example: "Our last major breakthrough was in 2009, or approximately 5 years ago. I dont know, math is hard without coffee."

So ive got this late 90s-turn of the century chevy trailblazer. For a while the rear airconditioner controller would click a few times when you first cranked the engine. Now all hell breaks loose.

When you turn it on, the interior lights start pulsing. then all of the windows start going up and down (not all the way, its random. X number of clicks one way then X number of clicks the other way.)

The worst part is the heated seats which get SO hot.

What would be the cause of this? Where is the control board for the interior electronics?

I live just north of atlanta ga. Recently all my evergreen plants have started developing brown patches.

I have no idea what the problem is. but I hope its something i can fix before it gets out of hand.

The last year (or more) has been extraordinarily rainy. I havent turned my sprinklers on in almost 2 years.

the golf course behind my house recently paid something like 50 000 usd to have their grass treated.

the junipers(?) have become more or less infested with what looks like spider webs. I assume the spiders have had to move up to avoid drowning. I love to have them(spiders=no mosquitos), but maybe this is part of the problem?

also have something i think is called rose rosette going on in the rose bushes. maybe this is part of it?

please help! I cant afford to rip it all out and replace it.

Even if the video featuring two women and a drinking implement were the only video of this nature (it isnt), one must assume that there is a large enough demographic for such films to be commercially viable.

So what is it that causes coprophagia (the consumption of poo) to become sexualized by so many people? Like seriously? What has to happen to you in your life to make you sexualize poop?

I cant make sense of it. The only transitive verb "besorgen" I know is basically "to get". As in "Besorge dir 'ne Tasche."

A few months ago, I installed a new ceiling fan. It has always made a slight scraping sound like maybe a wire was rubbing or something, but now when the fan comes on it twists back and forth on the downrod. Or rather the downrod is twisting in the hanger. This is NOT a side to side wobble. What can I do to fix this??

The fan is a 70 inch victoria from hampton bay.

Ive never seen such a spider. Its got green legs and silver stripes on its body.

I just built this new computer. It worked fine for a while, but now it shuts down after being on for a few minutes. It cannot be restarted until it has been unplugged for 20 seconds or so. This is not a heat issue. the cpu idles between 15c and 20c under full load it gets as high as 35c. I just replaced the power supply, it did not fix the situation.

At this point i am at a loss. The pc may run for 8 hours or 8 minutes. There is no way to know.

I wrote this a long time ago and now have to revisit it. its written in c# obviously. I know what the last bit is. its the first part (?-m)^ that is confusing me.

I reformatted my computer a few months ago because of a virus. I didnt have the software that came with the laptop so I just used a friends windows 7 home install disk. When prompted for the serial, I used the one on the bottom of my laptop. Now, it shuts down saying the windows install is invalid or something wtf?

Help me, I'm freaking out! whenever I try to have a nice warm bath to just relax and collect my thoughts, I hear this occasional tapping sound coming from underneath the bathtub. Its like someone is tapping their knuckles against the underside of tub. Its never more than two taps at a time. Sometimes they sound far away, like someone is mucking about in the drawers in the kitchen. Sometimes it sounds like it's right behind my head, as if they are either trying to get my attention, or break through and kill me.

I live alone in a single floor home. I have no basement. Please help! Today I made the perfect bath, not too warm and not too cool, but I was so scared I had to get out after only a few minutes.

Please explain to me how these sounds are normal, and not demons or ghosts.

I used to stream mp3 and video to my xbox no worries. now it wont. It still connects to the pc but doesnt find any media. Ive tried using both the zune sharing, and just standard windows media sharing, both of which used to work.

or a single short used as a bitset. with the fruits assigned binary values,

Im a very conservative and traditional white southern gentleman and in my experience, every white girl I have dated has bragged about having intercourse with black men. Ive always found it rather off putting because its like why is that a piece of information I need to know? and how am I supposed to respond? and honestly it seems a bit racist too, that they keep a separate tally for black men.

suppose you had a stalker. Shes not super hot but not at all unattractive. say 8/10. Attractive enough that you always give her a quick once over when you see her. and you _do_ see her. All the time... when you go out for a smoke break, when you go to lunch, etc, shes always lurking around somewhere. you dont realize shes stalking you, you just figure she works in one of the adjacent buildings.

after about a year of this you are single, so you figure you may as well see what that cute girl that always seems to be around is up to. She tells you she had seen you at a bar about a year and a half ago, and ever since then had been following you around hoping you would see her and ask her out.

so you wanted her when you thought she was just local and had a similar schedule. Do you still want her now that you know she has been actively stalking you for over a year? She hasnt hurt you or made any impact at all in your life that you know of. she certainly could have been threatening other girls you were interested in, but probably not.

I drive a 98 ford explorer xlt v6. I wen tto start it today and the battery was dead. I jumped it off and when I turned the radio on, the right rear speaker made a whining sound. When you rev the engine, the whining sounds pitch gets higher and it may get louder as well (hard to tell over the engine noise).

This just started today, but Ive always had trouble with the speakers sometimes not working on the left side of the car.

specifically this case, why a property and not a field? they are functionally equivalent as far as the client is concerned. all the property does is add bloat, and unpredictable behavior to your code.

granted, if you may in the future change the behaviour of the variable access, then it may be beneficial to use a property instead of a field, but thats not what I want to hear about.

I love scaring people. I mean, it satisfies me on a level I cant explain... It recently came to my attention that a haunted house would pay people to scare the visitors. So I want to do it. Do I need any experience in anything? or can I just show up and be like "I wanna scare scare people."
