A year ago, I went to a vintage store and bought two books. One is called "Und ewig singden die Wälder" by Trygve Gulbranssen. It was copyrighted in 1947 and the actually copy I have was printed in 1949 in Germany. The book looks a little dated as in the title page and first few pages are loose but not falling out, but no pages torn or missing and no water damage. The second is "Resistance, Rebellion, and Death" by Albert Camus. Printed in 1961. There's some water or sun damage on the top quarter of the front and back covers. There's a small marking with Sharpie on the inside done at the place I bought it, probably an inch wide cube. I ask because I let them collect dust on my bookshelf when maybe they'd be worth something to someone.

but I really don't want to pay $60 for them. I also don't want to go to a thrift shop or anything like that. Don't tell me they're ugly and not to buy them because I really do not care.

I'm in my third year of community college and I want to transfer to NYU for the upcoming fall semester. I have a 4.0 and I have been doing an internship part time. With a well written essay, do I have a good chance of getting in?

The thought of them being touched makes me cringe and toes curl. If my clothes or towel rubs against them, it sickens me. Even if they just bump something, I get annoyed and turned off. Guys always try to touch them during sex, but it makes my stomach turn. I've looked up information on this and it seems everybody with a similar problem had been sexually abused. I have no recollection of ever being molested so I have no idea what it could be. It doesn't hurt, but it in no way is pleasant.

I already know the best ones as far as education go because of school, but they don't really give you much information about location. I want to go to a school in a hip area with a lot of stores, museums, and just an all around good city vibe. What are the best ones in NYC?

If I stand for like 10/15 minutes I start to feel nauseous and if I keep standing I'll break out into a cold sweat and my vision starts to black out and my legs feel weak. I have anemia so I don't know if that has something to do with it. Maybe low blood pressure?

I have terrible anemia, like I've tried the supplements and everything, but I'm still considered a severe anemic. This being said , it's hard to exercise because if I even walk up the stairs, my heart is beating really fast and my lungs feel tight. I'm not really overweight, but I want a leaner body because I'm so weak and have almost no muscle. I just want to make a change, but it's hard. Any tips?

I put an Asprin paste on the little bump around my nose ring and it kind of tingles and itches... why is this?

In the daytime, I feel more sluggish and lazy and ugly and just all around sad, but at night I feel at least a little better to get stuff done.

I'm not addicted. I can go months without smoking. I consider myself a social smoker and I hardly inhale when I do, but when I'm sad I smoke almost every night AND I inhale. I've been categorized with severe depression on the Goldberg test before I started smoking. In my psychology class, I heard sometimes the two are linked.

I'm 17 now and just graduated high school earlier this summer. I want to move to Portland next summer when I'm 18 and I want to know what it's like. What are some good cultural neighborhoods to live in with a live music and art scene? What about cafes, restaurants, and interesting shops?

As far as moving there goes, how could I line up a roommate and job before I get there. I can't just visit because I live in Connecticut.

I haven't been eating much these past few days because it's been hot and I haven't been hungry and I was supposed to get my period on Thursday, August 8th, but I didn't get it until Saturday morning. Could not eating make this happen?

Also, when I finally got it, it was much heavier than I'm used to. Why is this?

I'm asking this because I bought a poster for my room and I can't tell if Deakin is just really tall or if the others are just really short.
