I dropped my WD 1 TB My Passport Ultra External Hard Drive. It was working well after that. Now it has made the computer slow.

1.Windows takes time to recognise it as a drive

2. I can t see any thumbnails of the pictures.

3. The computer freezes when I try to copy anything.

Please help!

I have a Nikon D90 which shows exactly the same colors on the camera’s screen as on the Macbook Air when viewed by Xee, Preview and Adobe PS.

However my new Nikon D610 has a more saturated view on the camera’s screen, with a greenish tinge in the background (not on people’s faces). The images on the MacbookAir have a non saturated appearance.

When I shoot images with the D610, and place the SAME memory card in the D90 the images on the D90’s screen and the Macbook Air PERFECTLY match !!

Please help!

As far as I understand there’s no way to calibrate the LCD of the Nikon D610.

I have 2 NTFS Formatted external Western Digital hard drives (1 TB and 750 GB) that were being recognised in Read only mode on the MacBook Air. Suddenly I am getting an error that The " disk is not readable ". I have repaired permissions etc. The drives are working perfectly on Windows and a White MacBook that I have. What do I do ? Thanks in advance !!

Im on OS Lion. Whenever I try to open one MS Word document multiple documents open up together, How do I avoid this ?

When I try to partition the Mac to install Windows I get this error :

The disk cannot be partitioned because some files cannot be moved.

Back up the disk and use Disk Utility to format it as a single Mac OS Extended (Journaled) volume. Restore your information to the disk and try using Boot Camp Assistant again.

I am currently running OS Snow Leopard 10.6.8

My questions are:

1. Is there any way around this (apart from Formatting) ? I tried Onyx

2. More importantly If I upgrade to OS Lion will that solve the problem?

Does Ncell support the BB Internet Services for the common man ? On the website it says we need to be on the corporate tariff..

Secondly does the BB Messenger work?

Im not really going to take it for long rides as such. The place where I reside at at the moment has bumpy muddy roads. Most likely I ll use it for 3 years only.

I havent tried if the latest version of Skype for Mac allows video calls or not though !
