heya last week my weight was 91 kg and i ve decided to lose my weight! so i ve stopped eating indian snacks and other junk foods including soft drinks, and i went on minimum 100 calorie food or less than that and sometimes i eat 300 calories once in a week but the food that i ve started eating was on less fat but more carbohydrates, i just invested more on chapati, apple, sugarless tea and other less calorie food. daily consumption is 500 - 600 calories and i consume 800- 950 on weekends. still my weight reduced to 89.9 kg, BUT THE PROBLEM IS I SHOULD CONSUME MINIMUM OF 1200-1500 PER DAY, LESS THAN 1200 IS NOT HEALTHY THEY SAID, BUT I COULD ABLE TO LOSE 1 KG IN A WEEK. I DUNNO WAT TO DO WHETHER I SHOULD CONSUMER MORE THAN 1000CALORIES PER DAY OR CONTINUE WITH THIS DIET?

ALSO I GO FOR A WALK FOR 1 HOUR EVERYDAY AND 5 MINUTES OF RUNNING( NOT CONTINUOS). SO PLEASE PROVIDE UR OPINIONS

heya as im writing my fiction and i ve decided the character for a girl's father potraying as an army officer. but what MY QUESTION IS THAT AS obviously army men are disciplined and strict so do army officers be liberal towards their daughters when it comes under making male friends and also a girl in love with the boy and her father agrees on whatever a girl does? also another thing if the girl's age is like say 19 or 20 then what will be the position of her father in the indian army as im stressing the army ranks depending upon the age. so please let me know about your opinions

as im going to apply my internship through my college, so i just wanna know on how to apply and eligibility criteria and how much duration should i spend on internship company.

also if i take 2 week holiday(coz i'm going to out of station) does it affect my intern and will i lose my internship?

in my hostel i see 2 boys are making fun of me and i told them not to make fun and they cross their limits and i just get angry and i confess them on not to trouble me and said that i lost my parents and which in turn they said they wont do and they are making fun becoz of friendship and brother like thing but they don't treat like that, they indirectly make fun of me and i complained to the hostel owner and he helped me out but still some of them haven't changed and still they are troubling me and even though i break my silence still they are same and they r calling me as a kid. i ve already complained to the owner but im afraid he will say im complaining like a kid. what do u want me to do if i create a violence or something then it will create a problem and im just doing this so that my future should not be spoiled and should not get a bad name.

heya,i m just uncomfortable with my friend as we both are quiz partners and it is proved that i always fare better than him and he contributes only less in the quizing and the other thing is so far we have won few quiz titles and my friends get more credits than me and also he became a quiz master to our juniors and most of them declard him as quiz master as a random guess and he just copies or takes some question without creativity of questions in his mind. i want to become a quiz master and people know it and they play some shitty manipulation on me and i ve realized that he is using me for the sake of quizzing and i expressed my concern to him by telling the truth, he is not in a mood to listen,and i lose my sleep becoz of the thoughts that i should have done in my past.

my solutions have failed. i need ur help guys and also i dont want him to b the quiz master without proper quizing background, and I DON'T EVEN WANT TO FIGHT WID HIM.

my question is : can i write the fiction novel through typing in my PC rather than using my hand to write the fiction, i have been writing my fiction through typing in my lappy but i just want to know is writing the book through typing is allowed by publishers or not
