Problem 1: A offers B

B wants to accept. writes a letter. But had not yet posted it.

A makes same offer with C. C immediately accepts.

Question is, does A need to communicate Revocation to B?

What will happen if B sends Acceptance after C and A made contract, but before A communicates Revocation with B.

Problem 2: A wants B to shut his mouth. So A promises B he will give him a car, if he stays quite for the rest of the night. B stays quite. B gets A to sign a written contract.

Question is, Did A have intention?

and Did B provide enough consideration?

What is the word used to describe the reference of an old similar incident to describe something that is happening?

I don't like Yuri, Yaoi, Gender bender, Shoujo Ai or Shounen Ai Category. But since it is common for any Anime to have atleast one character from one of those categories, in which case; its okay.

I would also prefer if they are not Mecha, but if its really good like Code geass, then its fine. :D

I'm searching for an opening song from Bleach. I can't remember the name or the lyrics of the song so i can't search for it. but I remember that the song video in bleach shows clips from the Bleach movie Memories of Nobody. We know that Dark matter has to exist as to prevent the universe from falling apart. but till today there has been no empirical evidence on it. Yet that does not prevent us from accepting the fact that Dark matter is a fundamental that has to exist. Is this not same as the existence of God to a Theist? We can only be hopeful of finding the evidence to prove our sense of logic.

I sometimes get falling sensation when i wake up. Like when I'm not completely asleep and i suddenly feel like i fell on to the bed and wake up. Its like falling from a very high building and suddenly I'm awake on my bed. Why is this?

Also i haven been able to fall asleep easily lately. It takes an hour or half, and in extreme cases 3 hours before I fall asleep. I go to bed at 12- 12:30 normally.
