An employee goes to their general manager for help because a supervisor is discriminating against them by making them do other employees chores and using profanity at them and then the general manager tells that person that they had several complaints against them in the past 3 years (which had never been revealed to the said employee in the past) that they had worked there and then says that if they didn't like it then they should leave. and on top of this, the manager tells the person that they are now on a 30 day probation and after the 30 days they will decide if the person deserves to be reviewed for a pay raise even though the review should have happened months earlier. Is this legal?? It seems like the manager is retaliating at the employee!!

Another twist is that the employee's supervisor had hired his own wife who sits around reading magazines most of the time and the general manager didn't even respond to this.

Running for her life under sniper fire is no exaggeration. Her campaign probably wouldn't let her mention the flying purple elephants she saw that day.

and Ron Paul was a dem, how many of you would vote for him? I'm all for Obama, but I think I'd vote for Ron Paul in a heartbeat if he ever had a chance.
