I'm a petite 5'2 girl who needs a skateboard for getting around campus. Not looking to do any tricks, I just want to get around places. I've been looking at the Globe Bantam 23" with 4.5" Slant trucks, 62mm 83a wheels, Abec 7 bearings and a gradual kick tail. Should I get it?

I got my cartilage pierced 4 months ago. And I didn't clean it, which is super bad, I know, but my friend didn't either and both of ours was fine. Then a couple of days ago, it started pussing, and I noticed a greyish bump growing on the back of my piercing which is causing the front to sink into my ear. I've started cleaning it 3 times/day and doing salt soaks. I've read that you shouldn't remove the piercing because it can make it worse, but could I just remove the backing to clean the bump directly? And what else should I do?

I just got my iPod a week ago and it accidentally dropped and the screen cracked. I called support and they said the warranty doesn't cover it, but other people have said the apple store replaced it for free. You would think it would be more durable for $200 and I'm really sad about this.

I recently booked an appointment with the OSPCA in Newmarket and I deposited the money already. My dog's appt is in a few weeks and I've heard horror stories from people saying after their dogs were fixed there they got infections and such that cost them thousands of dollars to fix. Has anyone else had this experience and is this clinic safe?

I got it done (with a needle) almost a month ago. I clean it 1-2 times a day with a proper piercing cleaner, but no salt soaks. It stopped hurting and it was fine, but recently it started hurting like a mofo when my hair got caught in it or while changing. I slept on it a couple times, could that be it? It's not pussing or swollen or red, it just hurts soooo much when I accidentally touch it, and it didn't before.

I'm a doing a project where hot water will be poured in a container and then measured again after 15 minutes of cooling. I'm using a glass bottle. I'm thinking of wrapping it in aluminum foil, then felt and cloth. Is felt a good insulator? Should I use cotton, newspaper or paper towel?

my breeder recommended me canineplus lifetime, but my vet said we should feed her a puppy food, and recommended hill's science diet. my puppy didn't like it at first, but she eats it now. then the pet store lady said science diet is all fillers, and recommended blue, performatrin, and now, because their ingredients are mostly meat.

what would you recommend for a small breed puppy?

I wanna get 2 cartilage on one ear, one under the other. The piercing place has a discount if you get a 2nd piercing in the same session, but is it safe? Will it hurt a lot more then just one, and is it more likely to get infected? Thankss!

My puppy is 10 weeks old and I am teaching her to go potty outside the house. However, school is just around the corner, and no one will be able to take her outside during the day.

Should I train her to go on a pee pad now or should I hope that she can hold it during the day - for about 8 hours? She will be around 4 months by then.

I heard that indoor training is bad unless you want to permanently train them inside.

I got hired at Pizza Pizza as a general cashier.

I didn't get paid for training, and when I read the handbook, the training that I got was completely different from what was supposed to take place.

For one, I was supposed to wear a uniform, and on my first shift I was only supposed to clean and restock supplies, as well as watch cashiers take orders from customers. Then on my second shift, I was supposed to start frying and then take orders with the trainer watching.

When I got trained, I wore no uniform and took orders with no supervision, and I fried and handled food. Needless to say I pissed a lot of customers off.

ANYWAY, are they supposed to pay for training? For Pizza Pizza workers, did you get paid for training?

And if they were, what should I do? Should I report them?
