I just got my first Depo shot a few days ago, and though I have read up on it, I'm quite curious to hear about real experiences people have had. Pro's, Con's, reasons for quitting? Is it a week or two weeks before you are completely safe from pregnancy? Do you really quit having your period? Sounds fantastic! Is it really as good as it sounds?

I am trying to find the perfect bday gift for a guitar playing friend. On best buy, I saw a distortion pedal, chorus pedal, and flanger pedal for about $40. I have no idea which one would be the coolest to get. What do YOU think? AND... is this something most serious guitar players would already have? He plays mostly mellow stuff like Alice in Chains, Weezer, Primus, etc.. OR.. is there another cool guitar accessory to get for kinda cheap? Thanks for the help!! =)

I have a half brother I have never met. I am an only child and it would mean the world to me to find him. However I only know his name and a city he lived in several years ago. Can anyone recommend a good place for me to start searching?

Just moved to a new state and don't plan on getting a job for awhile. In the meantime, I'd like to make some friends. Preferably girls because I'm not interested in being hit on by guys or dating at all right now. How does a grown woman meet new girlfriends to hang out with?
