l also don't have the credit card that bought it but I have the receipt, because my dad bought it and he's in Cuba for the next 2 weeks, so what do l do about that?

Yesterday l bought some b headphones from the apple store, when i used them today on both my laptop and iPad the background music was perfect but i could hardly hear the vocals, which sounds perfect when they're out.
