I want to know how they are creating posts like this (http://seattle.craigslist.org/est/ctd/3579010419.h... with links to their websites embedded? is it HTML or iWeb? maybe a 3rd party designer? I could make an image with text on powerpoint and post that I guess but it would not link the the car i am selling like theirs. Also how are they posting 20+ times a day?

Ok so my mother (65 now) bought us our house and my sons car, she also runs our family business. She makes enough to pay the house, car, rent on store, merchandise costs and employees but recently she has not paid the car and forgets to pay her own bills, the merchandise companies and also has threatened to not pay me; now she always pays me late.

She has creditors coming for the merchandise costs (now we can not order new product), has foreclosure notes on our home and now someone looking for my sons car.

I want to know how i can take the house car and store over, if it means taking the debut fine but can i freeze the interest and extend and refinance all her loans? I will need to order new product to catch up on her debut and time to get money to save our home and my sons car, so will the interest stop and loans extend with takeover? I will need to gain the store and its bank account as well. Please tell me how I can TAKE it all and the store, she is putting too much risk on everyone.

ok so yesterday a snowplow pushed snow on to my moving car causing my to spin and crash. no one was injured but the right side of the car body needs a lot of help.. I am under 18 and this will be my 2nd accident in 1 year my last one was not my fault but it was last June.

My question is should I go though insurance or out of pocket? since this is my second accident will I be dropped? and can I talk to an agent with nothing put on record to see if they will cover it and keep me? also it farmers insurance in washington state.

Ok so beaides diet. I want to tone up inner thigs glutes. And burn stomach fat and peck fat. Build my arms up bigger so what do I need to do I go to the gym 3x a week so can some one help me with a program? Or refer me to a program that is FREE. I do eat good so that not a big issue. Ps I want to be 135 by April I am 145 now and need the fat gone.

ok so my older brother thought it would be funny to use my parents account to set restrictions on my account and he told them that its a bet so they wont undo it for me and i need a way to learn the admin password or bypass the restrictions

i have tried terminal using passwd command but it requires knowledge of the old password

the password is not in keychain and i will not use the reset disk

so i want to get a cheap nice projector and maybe some speakers

i need it to work i a room were during day the shades will be closed and at night it will be very dark it dosent have to be too big and it will have to hook up to a dvd/blueray player or my xbox. as far as speakers go i just need some that will work not super fancy and i dont have a lot of $$ to spend this is more of a weekend project just to have around

also can someone tell me some good speakers to hook up to my tv and xbox for better sound there?

ok so i am confused about weight loss.

on a daily basis i burn 100-300 with daily activities and my BMR is about 1800

i go to the gym 3 times a week and i do high impact and vigorous weights. my daily calorie limit is 1,300. so with my brm exercise and calorie limit i should be losing weight correct?

Example of a day of mine (off day no gym): bmr 1800+ exercise 285 = 2085 food 705. 2085-705= 1380 calorie deficit?

Example of a day of mine (gym): bmr 1800+exercise 892 =2692 food 948

2692-948=1744 calorie deficit correct?

so if i am doing everythign right i am losing weight

i am 15yo 159lbs 5'6ft

ok so i understand that you need to burn more than you intake but my absolute min calories per day is about 1,500 and the standard (both for weight-loss) is 2,000 but what i guess what i am not understanding is do i need to eat less than 1,500 to lose weight or eat less than 1,500 and work out or eat 1,500-2,000 and burn it all off? and on a good active day i easily burn 400ish so if i had to eat at least 1,500 then how do i drop pounds. and i know not eating is bad cuz ill loose my muscle

ok so i know that comcast cable and internet come through the same port in the wall but i have a tv in the same room as the router can i use a splitter to have a cable coming through the wall to the splitter then one end to the router and the other to tv and NOT see a slow down in internet or a crappy signal for cable. also what splitter or other way can you suggest (links please if its a product. i love radio shack)

ok so i am a guy (15 years about 168lbs and 5'6ft) and wanna try and drop around 30-40 lbs as fast as safely possible. i belong to a gym but i need an idea of what to do there for best possible cal burner. i take protein by optimum nutrition b4 i work out almost every day except tuesday sat and sun. for food give me ideas i know i dont need junk and soda but what should i eat because chicken is so plain and boring i need better ideas, also school food is so bad for you any other ideas?

so sum it up i really want a meal & exercise plan that will cut the inches (chest and stomach and legs mainly) fast as safely possible i reaally would like to do this before school is out so i am not remembered as a fat kid.
