I have an Amana srd26vw sxs and the compressor is not running - the overload was burnt to a crisp and I ordered the parts which came with the relay and overload - I have replaced both of the pieces - the overload clicks in and out but the compressor will not start. I have checked each of the terminals on the compressor and it is not grounded out but with the relay removed and only the overload plugged in the r and s prongs show 120 v. with everything connected I do not get any volt reading at the cap which one wire comes from the S side of the relay and the other from the R side of the relay - I have also replaced the cap and nothing changed at all. Taken a resistance reading with relay and overload off I have resistance between all 3 prongs on the compressor. Any idea of what else could be wrong or and I dealing with a locked up compressor? - Thanks for the help!

We entered into a contract on a short sale by the owner and Wells Fargo, on the closing date we find out that they cannot go through with closing because they have not cleared a judgment on the title. Now they want us to pay for the extension, for them to do so through the courts. We were already clear for the closing when we got this news. My question is can they put the house up for sale in OHIO to the general public without a clear title? I know they can for sheriff sales but, can they for the general public? We have already put $400 into the house for an appraisal required by our lender and every lender. They refuse to pay for anything.... even the extension, though it was their fault. We want the earnest money (which we will get back) plus the $400 we paid for the appraisal on a house that we couldn't even buy. Our realtor says we will have to take them to small claims court to get that back. WHAT???

I bought 2 frozen pizza's and when I got home I put them in the refrigerator instead of the freezer on accident. When I realized it, they were already thawed. So, I stuck them in the freezer. On the Label it says do not let thaw. Why?

we are expanding our current network to support twice as many users. My question is, we have our t-1 connection coming into a router and then into a gigabit switch. we are going to be adding 4 more switches all originating from switch 1. fiber optic would be ideal to run from switch 1 out to each additional switch but is there an adapter to convert fiber to cat5 once we get to the switch or do we need to buy a special switch that will accept fiber in and cat5 out? will the performance be worth the extra expense? the longest run of cable should be under 250ft.

I have a 2004 Ford Excursion w/ an in dash 6 disc changer and a rear dvd system. This is all stock Ford equipment. It comes with 2 wireless headphones for the dvd or they can play through the car stereo speakers. The mode it is in now it plays through both. I cannot listen to the radio and use the headphones for the dvd it is either radio or dvd. I assume there is a way to do both at the same time or why would there even be headphones? I am sure I missing a button or something in a menu setting, Any hep will be greatly appreciated I just got the car so I have no idea.

Yahoo started promotions for $1.99 domain names for the first year and then $9.99 for the second. Recently they have decided to up the charge to $34.95 for domain hosting. They didnt tell anyone they were changing their rates they just hoped most people on "auto-bill" would never notice.NO ONE will pay$34.95 a year for a domain name and yahoo has to know that. They must just want out the business so they decided to rape their customers.

I don't understand how a person can preach to others about heaven, sins, death and so on and tell people what will happen to them after they die. Not a single human being has died for a period of time and come back from the dead to know exactly what happens to you when you die. This crap is completely made up. The bible is full of stories that are no way possible and also written by man that once lived. Yet, people use it as a right of truth and to back up what ever belief they may have. It's great to have faith, it's wonderful, however, is it right that a preacher can tell others that if you sin , you will burn in hell. What?!? Have they ever been to this imaginary place? Where is it? Craziness?
