I noticed that when I pump weights, and my arms get soar, I feel so much better! I mean increased appetite, sex drive, pleasure in doing things I used to enjoy etc. But unfortunately I had an accident that stopped and/or slowed my ability to gain muscle... And now I'm depressed again 😒🙄. So do you find that exercising helps you feel better, or am I just crazy..!?
