  • What power LED would provide enough light for an automotive headlamp?

    LED devices are available at 10W, 50W, 100W etc. I am interested in designing a headlamp and possibly building a prototype. I don't want to use one that is more light than necessary because of the extra heat and extra cost. Is there a lighting engineer that knows what size LED with today's technology would be needed for an automotive headlamp?

  • The power light on my Dell flashes amber but doesn't start up. What does this indicate?

    The power light on my Dell flashes amber but doesn't start up. Before it did this it was working ok but it make a noise about every second like the fan was turning on and off repeatedly. Then it said it was shutting down. It was displaying this for some time so I held the power button down until it shut down. Now the power light just flashes when I try to turn it on.
