i have a depression problem which is ruining my life and i need advice, usually i keep this sort of thing to myself but it is becoming serious. i have always been short tempered but now it seems i loss it over the anything, i was playin fifa and i lost a game flipped and smashed my controller.

Heres a little info on my life. i live with my disabled brother and hyperactive sister in a rented house. i have no job and have to do crappy work to pay the bills week after week. my dad had diabetes and is has a rare eye condition which will result in blindness, my mum is deaf, my little sister who lives with them is left to fend for herself so i have to go round there house to do all the work such as cooking meals to decking the entire backgarden.

I am completely nackered 247 and i can't find anyone who understand me, my girlfriend left me last year because i was to much, her words not mine.

I need help and this is the only way i can get it.
