I can't hang with the girls like i used to do for one it is against the policy and two i have to act professional and they still act like they are 16. The thing is i am not a manager but not an employee, i feel like i am in limbo. I really wanted this but now i feel so alone. Even some of my friends there weren't happy and made a big deal of my behavior. I am 41 and tired of the party sceene and i guess i want to "grow up" but i don't know how. HELP

He acts like he likes me and we mess around but he won't see me outside work. He is my boss and no we haven't slept together. He is very sweet and nice but i cna't get him to see me. whats up?

He is my best friend and even though we have never offically dated he is a big influence in my kids life. The girl he had the baby with is only a friend and he said it was a one time drunken thing. He is supporting the child. He stays with the woman and the child sometimes so he can see the child but swears nothing else is going on. I have tried to move on but he is jealous when i do. He still wants to go out and act like nothing ever happened. I have feelings for him but i can't get over the other woman thing. I like to be number one with the man in my life and while i can share him the the child i can't the mother and he doesn't understand that. I am 41 and should know better and by the way he is 10 years younger.

He is single and so am i but we can date, company rules. I go see him twice a week and stay untill close so we can make out. Everyone is getting suspcious.
