Major Problems Losing Weight and Metabolism?
Need recommendations here. I'm middle aged and suddenly have found myself gaining an extreme amount of weight (midsection/love handles (who ever called them that should be shot!), the thing is, I exercise regularly 3 times a week, either in my home, or go outside and do whatever I can to get my heart rate up for at least 1 hour and then walk 8 kilometres per day. I have limits because of a medical condition, but whatever, I go for it and try to work through the pain whether I think I can even walk up a stair or not. I stopped all medications about 5 months ago and would rather work through the pain than take another damn pill.
My diet consists of:
Morning: 1 Coffee with Cream and 1 sugar. Cereal: 2 tablespoons of Chia Seeds, Flax Meal and Hemp Hearts and 4 dried cranberries with 1 cup of almond milk.
Lunch: 12 large pieces of either raw broccoli or lightly steamed with NOTHING on it, a large tomato and an avocado. The odd time I may have a boiled egg (maybe twice a month).
Dinner: Salad with poached boneless skinless chicken breast, mixed dark greens like kale, spinach and about 5 almonds or cashews and NO dressing. The chicken is lightly coated with olive oil, garlic and lemon.
Throughout the day I try to drink 10 glasses of water, but honestly, I'm somewhere around six.
I can't figure this out. I can't do the workouts as much because of the pain, but I have always tried really hard to take care of myself and I'm turning into a bowl of jelly. Can anyone recommend to me what is happening here? I know about menopause and I'm past that stage. I'm feeling rather down upon myself and have lost a ton of energy. I want to push myself more but don't know what to do, please do not say join a gym etc I do not have money for that, there are no free classes whatsover in my area.
Someone told me to try garcinia cambogia and I did for 2 months, it made no difference. I wish I had my money back. My metabolism feels like it did the deep six on me. Help?

I had a full upper mouth reconstruction done. This dentist insisted that I had no other option other than dentures because my teeth literally were crumbling apart. They were like this from birth, no matter what I did they just would fall apart. Anyways, he gave me a quote around 13 Thousand and I told hm there was no way I could do that, I could only afford 10 thousand and even that was pushing it. (I saved for years towards getting my teeth fixed). I was a little surprised at his cost because almost all the upper teeth had already had root canals and the only real issue was I needed a bridge between my front teeth and back molars for 1 missing tooth. The Dentist said that this is why he would have to reconstruct my mouth because my front tooth and the ones around it wouldn't be strong enough to support the bridge. And then all the rest of the teeth would be weaker on one side and that they too would fall out unless I did something. He suggested caps for the rest.
Anyways, I discussed the issue of my budget and he didn't dispute it but rather said that he could work within it. I had 8 hours of surgery. Alot of healing and I paid 8 thousand up front. then I started to make payments. I noticed that the area where the bridge is constantly hurts and I get stuff stuck in it. I floss at least 2 times a day and brush every time i have anything to eat or drink. I use a soft brush and also use a waterpik. I am really trying to keep it clean and healthy. After a month I got a bill that showed he charged me 5 thousand MORE than discussed and I went to dispute it, their office says that because they only gave me an "estimate" that things had cost "alot more in lab fees and materials" so this is why the charge. Needless to say I am not paying it and fighting with them. In the meantime, I've had five infections in the gum area. It's so painful all the time. It feels "spongy" and I can't chew. I have done everything as far as, salt rinses, garlic, clove oil, oil of oregano and coconut oil (oil drawing?) to try to help.
What should I do? I can't afford another dentist visit anywhere and I can't go back to the Dentist that I am fighting over the bill with. But I am in so much pain. I have been to the hospital and they say to go to another dentist but again I can no longer afford it. I am allergic to most painkillers like Codeine. Any advice?
1 AntwortDentalvor 8 JahrenEating During Master Cleanse?
I have read a lot on Master Cleansing. I really want to do this however all these people go into saying that you have to quit your medication, holy moses, I would die!!! That's the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard and surely people are not that stupid. For me not taking medication is certain death so...I have to eat whether I like it or not, even if I drink some pureed kale with water or something, would that hurt the process. I don't have a choice so if anyone can help me with answering this I would greatly appreciate it. What is okay to consume if you absolutely have to?
