I have an 04 Explorer XLS. Suddenly i've noticed the drivers side lock/unlock switch and power mirror switch does not work. Also, the "Door Ajar" light is always on as well as the high beams not working. Hopefully these are all connected. Any ideas? Many thanks!

I'm doing a lot of internet searching and i'm wondering if it's cheaper to buy parts online and then go to a mechanic or to just take it into a shop and get a tune up done. I'm weary about going to a dealer or any other shop and getting ripped off. I'd like some suggestions on the cheapest way, yet good for the car. Many thanks.

Just got our first dog (chihuahua/poodle) that's a little younger than 3 months old. Its very active inside the house. How early can we start talking it outside on the leash for walks? During our first vet visit we were told to wait till 6 months but I've been reading everywhere else that its OK to start now.

I have a Toshiba Satellite L505 and the sound output on this thing is horrible. I want to listen to music with my headphones blasting but i tried everything i can to make the sound output loud! No luck! Any suggestions? Is there any program or driver i can install? I've tried all the basic steps so that won't help.

I have been filing my own taxes last few tax seasons but this year I've been on unemployment and wondering if it's still simple enough to file it myself. I worked partly last year so i also have a W2. I'm just cautious of how the unemployment numbers would figure into my tax return. I would be claiming for one dependent - myself.
